Dropped my vehicle off night before am appointment. The lock box was broken into and my vehicle was stole from the dealerships’ lot. Recovered by police with minor damage and theft. Key fob was missing and the dealer refused to replace it. Instead they offered to sell me a new key fob for around 600$ less 15%. Bad business decision given that I have purchased 2 vehicles there over the last 12 years, spending around 70,000$ Certainly will not be buying another Mitsubishi. Also purchased a new fob for 350$ from a licensed locksmiths. More

Greedy dealership that is continually using the pandemic as a reason to over inflate the price on new cars. Asking thousands OVER full retail prices from Mitsubishi Canada. Horrible. And even worse, they charge in stock premiums on cars on the lot. so if you wait and order a new car they charge you extra, if you want a car from instock inventory also extra. Avoid this place and find other dealers in Ontario with more integrity that will stick to reasonable pricing for the SAME vehicles More

My son bought a used Mitsubishi from Mountain Mitsubishi and when he picked it up, they only provided one key to the car. Since this is a FAST smart key, one cannot just be purchased and cut. We requested t and when he picked it up, they only provided one key to the car. Since this is a FAST smart key, one cannot just be purchased and cut. We requested the 2nd key and were told they could not provide it as they only had one. We were then quoted over $500 for a 2nd key. The key is mostly just programming and the small cost for the actual key. They would not budge and no one pre-disclosed when we were buying the car that the would be the case. Not impressed with the customer service once the deal was signed. More
