Absolutely the worst service I have experienced from a car dealership. My experience was with the service department; - all calls go unanswered and you're forced to leave a voicemail, but nobody returns car dealership. Always having to leave your car for an additional day. Again, nobody calls to ask or explain why. You have to chase them down which is time consuming since nobody returns calls. - even when you leave your car for two days, the total repair list isn't completed. You will be asked to make another appointment to complete the work. You have to accommodate the dealership. Your time or other commitments don't matter. - just try to get through the receptionist to request to speak to the General Manager or Service Manger. The receptionist will block you by insisting you leave a message with her and when you insist to be transferred she will speak over you and will not comply. - promise to wash your car doesn't happen after servicing the car. - service advisors are not properly trained to address mechanical issues and will rely on you to dictate what to write on the work order. They appear confused on understanding what is wrong with the vehicle. Conclusion: Find another VW dealership who is willing to earn your business since Mississauga VW has clearly confirmed they are not capable (or just don't care) to keep a customer coming back. More
Very bad service and unprofessional staffwe bought VW Very bad service and unprofessional staff we bought VW Atlas at this location year ago, first thing we traded jetta, and at the time of estimate a Very bad service and unprofessional staff we bought VW Atlas at this location year ago, first thing we traded jetta, and at the time of estimate ang handing over car it had winter tires since it was january i guess they did not notice that and month later called me and asked to bring all season tires i had them still so i gave it to them without issues, even though it has already been a month since our transaction finalized i figure whatever this will be place where i will service my new car so i will do them i favor other thing, when we were buying car i asked specifically if car has cd player and salesperson Arvand Pouladi told me it does and that even has cd changer inside. when we came to pick up car i asked me to show me where cd player is since i cant see it, he opened glove compartment and there was no cd, so he said , ups i guess there is no CD i went over that too again it was just cd not main factor just shows how Arvand does not have idea what he is selling and just says or makes up things to make sale then when we were finalizing financing part , finance guy did not know how to calculate properly and explain when will my first payment be. in the end he was off by month Arvand Pouladi also told us that service is free for 2 years, it is not like i asked for it he said that is what they give with new cars, and he scheduled service for a year, now when i came in for that scheduled service that was supposed to be included, they asked me to pay over $200 Arvand was in location at the time, still surprisingly working at that location, i went to him to ask him why are they charging us for service, and he pretended like he head no idea that it was supposed to be included then trying to convince me that he never said that, when i asked to speak to his manager he came out not even introduced himself so i don't really know his name, he told me how experienced Arvand was which just shows how much he does not know how incompetent his staff is. when i told him that Arvand told me that service is included for 2 years and that i don't appreciate being lied to, he told me that he does not want my business and kicked me out i guess they sold a car and don't care abut customers further than that i would definitely not suggest this location, staff is not educated about product they are selling, and not even manager cares about customer satisfaction after they sell you car More
