Leasing Vehicle and follow -up servicing of vehicle I really appreciate the respect, dignity and professionalism with which I am treated each time I go to your Sales and now Service Depts. Brian, in th I really appreciate the respect, dignity and professionalism with which I am treated each time I go to your Sales and now Service Depts. Brian, in the service dept., was very thorough in response to my questions, and in addition, accompanied me to my car to help me to restore the back seats and trunk cover and netting to their proper position. As I had helped family move recently, the back seats, cover etc. were taken down and I wasn't sure how to put them back to the original position. He was so helpful. In addition, he advised me that I had waited a little bit too long before coming in for an oil change, and explained to me why it is important to stick with the schedule. I find not only Brian, but all other staff members to be so pleasant and helpful to deal with. These attributes are why I came to this dealership in the fall to turn in my older Rav 4 for a new one. I was just so put off with Dixie Toyota, where I had leased my older Rav 4 from. All of the negative sterotypes of car salespeople and car servicing are personified at Dixie. Mississauga Toyota is closer to my home, and as I had been to Mississauga for servicing my older Rav 4, I knew that when it came time for a change of vehicle, I would arrange the lease through Mississauga Toyota, and return there for servicing. No "slease" factor at Mississauga Toyota. Keep up the good work. You have a good team there. You are a team of professionals who seem to appreciate your clients. In November, I had occasion to speak with Daniel about snow tires. I had purchased mine from Green and Ross. Daniel, after looking at my invoice from G. & R. was very informative about how I could have done just as well from Mississauga Toyota. I had incorrectly assumed that going through a dealership would be much, much more expensive. He gave me free advice as to the wheelnuts that G. & R. should have put on my snowtires. I would also like to emphasize how much I appreciate your timeliness and punctuality in the service department, your cleanliness in the waiting area, as well as the cleanliness of the washrooms ! As a woman, that is very important. Your chairs are comfortable and you have good reading material available. Availability of WiFi and of computers is also a plus. They include John Bates in the Service Dept., the cashier, Ian in Sales and the Sales Dept. Floor Manager. I did not meet the person who did the detailing but I am very impressed by the excellent results. It looks like I have a new car. Ian in Sales is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of Toyotas and is able to impart the information without being pushy. I like his subtle sales pitch. My main purpose for my visit was not purchasing this time but since I am interested in buying a car some time this year, I am glad that he came to talk to me, even though I at first thought I would just look around to see what the new models look like. Now I know much more and can weigh this information when the time comes to actually make a purchase. The Shuttle vehicle driver needs to use a GPS or a navigation system. This time and the previous time, he took unnecessarily long routes getting to desinations. More

Recently my husband's Toyota Tacoma was written off in an accident and he bought another brands vehicle. He was unpleasantly surprised that the service he has received at the other dealership doesn't come close to the excellence that he came to expect and consistently received at Mississauga Toyota. He misses you guys! Everyone I have ever dealt with there is efficient and friendly. The repair staff at Mississauga Toyota possess these qualities which is why I keep returning since I bought my Rav from them in 2003. John Bates greets me by name, with a handshake and smile. He does this even though he has a large stack of work orders on his desk and is always very busy. The young lady who processes my payment is thorough, polite, friendly and tells me where my Rav is located. A very pleasant experience thanks to John and the quality work performed by the technicians. PS Good coffee but I miss the Moccachino from the previous machine. More
