This is the worst service I’ve ever received from any dealership. First off they disconnected my dash cam. telling me that it was for privacy. Feels more like they are trying to hide something. I would say that they are more likely trying to save themselves from liability. Second they tried to overcharge me for replacing a part that would take no longer than 10 min. Including overcharging for parts. I know this because I had already removed the part and reinstalled it. Including diagnosing that it had to be replaced. 10 minute job. MAX!!! Not to mention totally rude and entitled. I will never recommend this place to anyone nor will I ever set foot in there again. More
This review is after owning my 2017 Jeep Cherokee for almost 5 years. I'm quite happy with the vehicle itself, but not too impressed with the dealership. After owning the Jeep for less than a year, I sta almost 5 years. I'm quite happy with the vehicle itself, but not too impressed with the dealership. After owning the Jeep for less than a year, I started noticing rust on the wheel rims. I had purchased the extra rust protection package, so I brought it in to see about getting them replaced. "Sorry but rims aren't included in the rust protection" - really? Even without rust protection, if rims are rusting after less than a year perhaps there's a problem with them. Still no go. Fast forward to 2022 and I ended up having to replace all the rims at a huge cost because they had become porous. Another issue with this dealership is the constant harassment to trade up your vehicle. I put up with it for awhile, but eventually got fed up and complained about it. I had to repeat this process at least three times before they got the message - still receiving constant mailings though. Over the years, I or my business have purchased five vehicles from this location. The previous purchases were when it was under different ownership. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership. More

He knew the vehicles we test drove inside out and backwards. He is very personable,, and has a great sense of humor...He makes you feel totally comfortable and doesn't try the usual high pressure sale... We will most definitely be going to see Chris for our next car..... More
