We were given some good incentives but liked that we didn't feel overly pressured to make a decision right away. We came back after a few days to purchase because we liked the vehicle and the way we were treated previously. We were able to negotiate a deal that everyone was happy with. Setting up the lease/financing was very professionally done. We were given a vehicle to use while we were waiting for ours to be ready for pickup. Overall, every aspect of our vehicle purchase was a positive experience. More

BobwOLFE introduced us to Scott CAMPBELL the Sales Mannager who went above and beyond to help Braeden get the Best Vehicle for his new FAMILY needs and that would also meet his Payment requirements. We really felt that Scott went the extra mile as the saying goes for Braeden!! You definitely could see he cared about getting Braeden in the right vehicle at a payment he could afford. While we were there we also decided to trade in our Truck and Scott again was asked us a few questions about what we were looking for in a new vehicle and had Bob pull up 2 trucks for us to look at and test drive. He got it exactly right, we loved one of the ones he pulled out for us. We didn't have to spend the afternoon walking the car lot. He truely simplified the car shopping experience. He quickly got us in to see Diane MEHMEL to do the financing and i have to say that was the quickest and simplest financing procedure we've ever had to go through. Diane only had us in her office briefly and we were done withen half an hour she had us back in to sign the papers. Bob was good to get both our son's and my husband's phone synced up to our Vehicles and go over the vehicles with us.. This was the simplest least stressful Vehicle shopping experience we've ever had. Most car shopping trips have always been very stressful and usually take a few days to determine what to buy. This was part of a day and not stressful at all. They really went out of their way to make it a very easy process . We will definitely go back there when we're ready to trade in and we hope that Scott is still there to help us out!! Our son purchased a 2014 FORD edge and we purchased a 2014 FORD 150FX QUAD CAB. We love our new vehicles and can't say enough good things about our experience at Midtown ford!!! More

A sales rep that goes the extra distance The sales team at Midtown are second to none. No request is to small that can not be look into. I came with a very specific request for my truck. After being dismissed by some other dealers at other shops I came in not expecting much. That changed the moment I met Brad. He listened to what I was looking for, and said he didn't think that what I wanted could be done ( very up front and honest no trying to get me into something I did not want) I appreciated this as other sales people had just given me a " that is a very weird request" look and walked away. I said I was just going to look around the lot. Brad said he would be around if I wanted anything. About 5 mins later he came out and met me in the lot and said he looked into it and had something I might be interested in. This turned out to be the PERFECT truck that I wanted and it was exactly what I needed. To make a long story short the rest of the process of very painless. I was expecting alot of back and forth about buying the truck, but he ( and the rest of the staff) made the process very fast and easy. I was particularly impressed that he would answer my texts very quickly. I work late hours and when I sent him a message he would respond very quickly. The actual paperwork process was also very painless. Diane in the office was very easy to work with. she explained everything and filling out the paperwork took less than 15 mins She explained everything in a very clear matter that anyone can understand. After that Brad took over and sent a lot of time explaining everything I needed to know about the truck. No question was to small that he would not explain in detail. He even went ahead and sync my phone so it was ready to go. He then asked about how I was planning on using the truck and made a couple of suggestions that would help me out. I would really recommend this dealership in general and Brad in particular. Another example of how they treat the people there is when I was waiting to see Diane. while I was there no less than 3 other staff came up to see if I was being helped out and when they found out I was working with someone they all offered to go and see if they could find that person. I was not just ignored after the fact. While I was waiting the general manager was out and about and he stopped and spoke with me for a few mins and was asking about my request mentioned if I had any questions to feel free to ask him. Overall the experience was great and I plan on buying all my trucks from them. More
