As a brand synonymous with luxury and professionalism, my expectations were naturally high, expectations that were, regrettably, not met. Communication and Professional Decorum: The initial issue was one of basic communication. Awaiting a quotation for a significant purchase, I was presented with a document that seemed hastily compiled and contained what appeared to be inflated figures. This was disappointing from a brand as prestigious as Mercedes Benz. Further exacerbating the situation, Mr. Popal used diminutive and inappropriate nicknames such as "Bubba" and "Sweetheart" during our interactions. This casual, unprofessional manner is bewildering and unacceptable when engaging in what should be a professional and respectful dialogue. Escalation and Inappropriate Language: The most distressing aspect of this experience was the response I received upon voicing my concerns. Instead of attempting to address or rectify the situation, Mr. Popal escalated the confrontation. Shockingly, he resorted to using profoundly offensive language towards me, including an unforgivable derogatory comment aimed at my mother, utilizing the "c-word." This level of disrespect and vulgarity is appalling, particularly from an individual representing a luxury automotive brand. Reflection and Recommendations: This experience has prompted serious concerns regarding the employee vetting and training processes at Mercedes Benz of Sacramento. It is imperative for a brand that exemplifies excellence to also demonstrate the highest standards of customer service, respect, and professionalism. To conclude, my encounter with Mercedes Benz of Sacramento was a stark deviation from the expected standards of a dealership representing such an esteemed brand. The attached evidence highlights the extent of the unprofessional behavior I was subjected to. It is my hope that by bringing this issue to light, the dealership will implement measures to significantly improve its customer interaction protocols, ensuring that all employees mirror the exemplary standards Mercedes Benz is renowned for globally. My car buying experience with a CPO C300 was the worst I've had so far. My salesperson, Kerry Lucy, who has since moved from MB Sac to Elk Grove Audi, promised that the vehicle would be fully detailed at I've had so far. My salesperson, Kerry Lucy, who has since moved from MB Sac to Elk Grove Audi, promised that the vehicle would be fully detailed at the time of pick up, despite it being fresh on the lot. Additionally, as part of my deal, I was promised a first aid kit and an MB jacket of my choice, which I was supposed to receive upon delivery. However, when I finally received the car after a week of delays, Kerry quickly handed me the keys (no walkthrough) and the first aid kit but failed to provide the jacket. She explained that the desired jacket was out of stock due to sizing and assured me that it would be mailed to me once available. Upon inspecting the car at home, I was appalled by the poor detailing job, which is evident in the attached pictures. The AC vents had a foamy substance stuck in them, which was NOT present during my test drive. I expressed my dissatisfaction to Kerry, who arranged for a full detail to rectify the issue. While inconvenient, I was relieved to have a solution. I dropped off the car in Sacramento, despite living closer to the Rocklin dealership, and received a loaner car. However, upon picking up my car the next day, I discovered that it was in the exact same interior condition when I dropped it off. Brian Lonchar one of the sales managers, with whom I had been corresponding, was unhelpful, condescending, and unprofessional throughout the process. Kerry even made a dismissive comment, stating that it's expected for a used car not to be perfect. Although I understand that used cars may have flaws, the damage to the AC vents was a direct result of the poor detailing job. Feeling frustrated and defeated, I gave up on resolving the foam issue. However, I still hoped to receive the promised jacket as a small consolation for the terrible experience, which was apart of my initial deal when purchasing the vehicle. Kerry mentioned delays but assured me that it would arrive in the coming weeks in December 2022. Despite countless texts, calls to the dealership, and attempts to speak with a manager, I received no updates or response MONTHS later hence the delay in posting this review. This whole experience has been disheartening, and I even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) without any resolution or acknowledgment. This experience has shattered my trust in Mercedes-Benz of Sacramento. After being promised a jacket as part of the deal and repeatedly being let down, I am deeply disappointed and disgusted by the lack of integrity displayed by the dealership. It's not solely about the jacket I was promised, but more about the principle of making commitments and then failing to fulfill them. Not only did they fail to deliver on their promises, but the dismissive and unprofessional behavior from Kerry and Brian L. made this whole ordeal even more disheartening. It's a shame seeing a once-beloved brand treat its customers with such disdain. More

Turned in vehicle for emissions modification and other work. Jason Harbor was initially responsive and would send texts. Texted me and said car would be ready 12/12. Never heard back and I texted 12/28 asking for an update. He responded and said car would be ready the next day. I pick up my vehicle and it has a check engine light on. When I get home I do a diagnostic test, export the results, and email Jason about it. I ask if the codes I am getting are covered under the emissions modification warranty and he never emailed back. After reaching out to MB Customer care and the settlement coordinator I was able to make an appointment with MB of Sac on 02/06/23. I pick up vehicle on 02/09 and I was charged $600 for an issue that should have been fixed during the emissions modification. My car was returned to me with the window taped up (window down and inoperable), all of the protective plastic bags throughout the interior and my hood release broken. I flag a worker down and ask if this is how it was supposed to be returned to me. Another worker helped with removing the plastic. The tape used to hold up the plastic was not coming off. I told the workers that it wasn’t their job to remove the tape that was stuck to my vehicle. They flagged down what appeared to be mechanic to look at my hood release and the mechanic went down and appeared to work on it. I went in to get Jason to complain about the tape and the hood release. As we were outside reviewing my car he was unsure of why they used that tape but ensured me that it was easy to remove. It is not! He said it was not the responsibility of the dealership to remove the tape and there was nothing he could do about it. The person who was working on the hood release said it was back in place. Before leaving I pulled on the lever to ensure it was working properly and the entire assembly popped out again and was not functional. When I went in to complain to Jason about it, he said that I broke it now and that it was not the dealers responsibility to fix it and asked if I wanted a quote replace the hood release. This entire experience has been the absolute worst customer service experience in my life. Overall I spent $2000 on services between these two visits and was treated like a 2nd class citizen. More

Took my car in for tires. Was 5 minutes late to appointment due to weather. I've made another appointment but I'm not sure what to expect. In addition I'm waiting for a manager to contact me because I have a quote for tires from MB which is different than the price the advisor gave me. I'm a little frustrated at this point. More
