However, our dealer agreement with Mercedes-Benz prevents us from handling this in the manners you're suggesting since the vehicle is still under warranty. Well, what does one say when they are told $350 in rental fees will be taken off bill and the bill was already $700 dollars more than estimate stated, then when you receive a refund for paying for an unnecessary service, but the business actually takes back the money for the rental car, you have to wonder about their work ethics. This is the type of behavior I work on with the TK students I teach. It is beyond anything I can comprehend, how this company still gets business. I was literally having to banter with them over $350! You would think that is chump change to them and besides THEY OFFERED IT! Good luck to you. I am off to my next platform to write another review for Mercedes Benz of Fresno!
