Within a few days he called to let us know that a trade in was being brought in and we made an appointment to see it. It was perfect! When we picked it up it was detailed and looked like new, just as Adam promised Before we drove it home, he spent a considerable amount of time with us explaining all the features and even set up our phone, garage door opener, etc. We appreciated his patience to help us with this and he told us to let him know if we need help setting anything else up. How awesome is that? Krstina was also a pleasure to deal with and was professional, super organized and very thorough.
