The sales fellow was nice, but the attrition rate for sales folks is over the top, and they have 0 support from management for customer service. Every time we purchased a vehicle there, that the sale person was not there within 3 months. We have chosen to service our vehicles at Lone Star, as the service was so bad at Country Hills. When purchasing a very high end vehicle we asked to speak to the manager of their customer service for some feedback, and were declined. Instead the manager asked for questions, and came back with nothing. Sorry, I would normally look at balancing any rating, but cannot come up with anything positive about the dealership. He went all out and was super helpful with my finances; I did not feel pressured or rushed to make any decisions! When I picked up my Vehicle, I met Jared! He gave me a thorough detail spec on all the aspects of the car and how to make full use of all the details in the car. He was super informative, patient and thorough. Honestly! Took my 4 season tires to be swapped in for my winter tires. I had used my 4 seasons for 2 summers (around 20KM). My car is not ready and I'm told that my treads have completely worn out and that I need new tires. How does pretty new tires with only 20Km on it get to almost bald. The service manager raises his voice to me and tells me this is perfectly normal. More

I take them my Shiny E63 AMG S and I pick it up with fully Scratches and untied it screws. I just figure they didn’t tight my differential screw and When I talk to Service manager his name is Brian Didr fully Scratches and untied it screws. Have taken my SUV in a couple of times, but will no longer. The service department is, ironically enough, terrible at 'service'. Broke my windshield when repairing a chip and then didn't have the decency to call me to tell me, just got a text saying they broke it, but they'd be happy to charge me $1000+ to repair it...pass thanks. Then when my keyless entry wasn't working, they said they looked and couldn't recreate it, but in the parking lot of the service centre it continued to malfunction, I took a video sent it too them and no response for over a month. Mercedes may be a luxury brand, but the the service here is anything but. Its so bad that after countless years with Mercedes I am looking to shift to a different brand. More
