1st Class dealership, fantastic service dept! My 1500 ecodiesel laramie threw a service code on my way back from Ottawa and went into limp mode on New years day. I called the Menzies and left them a message regarding my problem. Barb called me at 7:15 the next morning and had me drop off my truck first thing. They gave me a drive home and called me afterwards to confirm the problem and they're suggested repairs. Truck was back in my possession that afternoon and they gave me a free winter grill cover to prevent this problem from happening again. Wow! More

She didn’t bother calling the manager and told me to call chrystler and they can’t do anything... Worst worst customer service ever... They need to send there staff for customer service training cause the attitude of their staff is like they are some kind of celebrities and they doing a favour answering customers. you just lost a loyal customer today and they way your attitude is towards the customers you will loose more..
