My vehicle had an electrical problem which showed on the trouble codes, but did not activate when I brought it in. Relying on the information given to me by phone call I chose to have the potentially defect trouble codes, but did not activate when I brought it in. They got me in the same day that my car started showing a "take your car in for service right away" warning, they diagnosed the problem with the Bolt battery, got me a rental car for a week while they replac "take your car in for service right away" warning, they diagnosed the problem with the Bolt battery, got me a rental car for a week while they replaced the battery. They also had their driver take me home and pick me up while I was waiting for a diagnosis. And they communicated well throughout the process. I think they treated me very well, even if I have misgivings about buying this car. More
