Worse service experience everrrrr Took my car for emission fix.. and i was told by john that car will be done in a day. Didnt hear from them for 3 dayz and decided to go and see whats Took my car for emission fix.. and i was told by john that car will be done in a day. Didnt hear from them for 3 dayz and decided to go and see whats going on..make story short picked up my car after 3 weeks... and alll this time they didnt even give me a rental... which vw canada pays for... now after 2 month they call me to bring the car back because they need to take picture for fix.. im a busy person but i hope someone take actions against service manager who hides in his office because he doesnt have peoper answer for alll this miss More

I must say I was pleasantly surprised by my encounter with Elvis. He was very polite and knowledgeable, and did not make me feel pressured as other dealerships had. I did not purchase that day, as I was still doing my research. But I will definitely be going back to see Elvis this week because I'm ready for my new Tiguan. More

Try getting anything covered under warranty is a NO! Every time something happens to the car I'm told that its not covered under warranty. I was even stupid enough to let them talk me into the extended w Every time something happens to the car I'm told that its not covered under warranty. I was even stupid enough to let them talk me into the extended warranty when i purchased the car which cost me an extra $3000. Its 4 years old and I've had nothing but problems which i have had to pay out of pocket for every time. And now yet again something even my mechanic says is strange happens with it and of course it's not covered and will cost me over $2000. I will never purchase a Volkswagen again. I used to drive Honda and never had issues like this. More
