OIL CHANGE Worth the drive out. Excellent service, friendly. In total it took only 45 minutes. Usually an oil change has taken over 1 hour. I am pleased with the Worth the drive out. Not Impressed I pushed to have my leased vehicle delivered to March Ford, as I believe I should do business locally. Big mistake. Vehicle delivered February 23, but I pushed to have my leased vehicle delivered to March Ford, as I believe I should do business locally. Big mistake. Vehicle delivered February 23, but dealer did not have the paperwork (maybe not their fault), however I had to keep calling back to get status, as no one would return my calls. Five days later my vehicle was "ready to go", except they "forgot" about the snow tires they were to install. Was told that would be another day, and appointment was made to pick the next day. Showed up, and was told they were just finishing the PDI (so not ready) but that the tire changing machinery had been broken for two days, snow tires not installed, and I would have to come back for the snow tires. I left the vehicle, and two days later I get a call that the car was ready to be picked up. Went to get the vehicle only to be told the person I had to see was not in, and had to come back another day (supposed to be tomorrow, but we will see). Issues like this didn't happen with Carleton Ford, and won't happen to me again at March Ford! More

Very Disapointed, don't waste your time here I must say I was not impressed with the way the new March Ford now does business, in the past when they were Carleton Place Ford, there was a friendly I must say I was not impressed with the way the new March Ford now does business, in the past when they were Carleton Place Ford, there was a friendly, straight forward way of doing business and they knew what customer service was. The new March Ford is all about playing games and giving you the run around. They first wouldn’t give me a price without me handing over cash or a credit card. Secondly the Business Manager Husni Haifa wouldn’t tell me if he accepted my offer for the car, he was more interested in showing me monthly payments then telling me what the final price of the car would be. When he showed me the price it was more then the red tag sticker that was in the car and there was almost a grand in admin fee’s. He was rude and snarky and down right not professional to deal with so I left and went to another Ford Dealer who didn’t play the games like this one did. When I buy a car I want to see what the bottom line is, I don’t care about how much a month its going to cost. Do yourselves a favor and don’t make the drive to Carleton Place. More

Great experience They were welcoming and professional. They listened to what I was looking for and did a great job finding it. I also had concerns about the hitch I was having installed since my past bad experience at Bank Street Mitsubishi. They reassured me they would order the correct part and that it would look like it came from the manufacture. They did a great job installing it. There was a minor issue with the hitch wiring but they had a Ford Technician specialist come to check and resolve the issue. More
