Jeff Chan was there that night and helped me in my decision. I looked at a few different styles and went for a road test. I was very happy with my final decision and 2017 Pepper White Mini Cooper Clubman. The entire process was very straightforward. I've had the car for a couple of weeks now and am very happy. There is some technology that I need some assistance with. Jeff made it very clear that he is willing to help in anyway so I will book some time with him to review things. Then I'm sure I will get the most out of my new mini. More

The sales person made is quite obvious that he was not very interested in my business, too busy doing whatever he was doing on his computer and gave me very brief answers to my limited questions so I left. After realizing the choices of Mini dealership are limited and I really wanted a Mini, I went back a week later and was lucky enough to speak with Jeff Chan. Jeff was very approachable and helpful. He was patient with me throughout the entire ordering processes and helped get me to the monthly payment number I felt comfortable with. Waiting for my vehicle to arrive was hard to do but worth it in the end. I never felt pressured by Jeff and communication was good, Jeff always responded to my emails quickly. Thanks Jeff for all your assistance. More

I usually lift my suv tires in the car and the mini tires felt ..... well mini #easy! They also wash the car for you?!?! What ?!? I love the extra attention to service. FYI - I have zero problems putting hockey equipment in the car for all you hockey parents out there !!! We did not find professional sales person. Sales person were not eager to sell the car... we encouraged them to sell the car to us instead of they encourage us.
