I purchased my vehicle at Lockwood nearly 3 years ago and the sales team at that time were nothing short of amazing! We all know the true test is after the "sale". I felt it was important to share with those of you who are on line car shopping, doing your homework ahead of making that big purchase that the "after the sale" service is just as great as the buying process! I have complete faith and confidence in the service team at Lockwood. Easy to book an appointment, the service manager and licensed tech have taken the time to explain any issues or made suggestions to me pertaining to the care/maintenance of my vehicle and they've treated me with kindness and respect. There are 3 other Kia dealerships that are much closer to my residence, but this kind of customer care can only be found in Oakville at Lockwood Kia. Well done! More
Absolutely loving my Telluride - I went into the showroom and fell in love - bought the floor model! My experience since purchasing my car 6 years ago has been great. The Service Department staff are consistently pleasant and professional. Not Happy with cost and explanation of cost. I asked John to explain why the diagnostic test was so expensive. The test only took less than 6 minutes and cost 120. He explained he has to pay corporate Kia fo to explain why the diagnostic test was so expensive. The test only took less than 6 minutes and cost 120. He explained he has to pay corporate Kia for information on codes and needs to pay employees for time. Kind of funny how he also charged me separate for hours worked. It cost 274 dollars to change for spark plugs. They charge 29 dollars for plugs and I looked at automotive supplies the most expensive was 15 each. I would not return to the deal ship but you can only get information on recall codes if they you get service from them. In all I believe Kia is centred around making money not customers. More

Every time I come for service, being greeted by Taylor and her cheerful smile makes you feel immediately welcome. Taylor is warm, friendly, competent and hospitable, one of the best customer service prof and her cheerful smile makes you feel immediately welcome. Taylor is warm, friendly, competent and hospitable, one of the best customer service professionals I have ever been served by. For example, I once saw her serving a cup of tea to an elderly customer seated in the waiting room. Another time, she asked a bored customer who was seated if she could help him turn on the TV. For me, she does many little amazing things like provide status updates on vehicle repairs, and being honest on what work is needed and what can wait. Taylor is naturally excellent at what she does, a next-level professional every organization dreams of having within its walls. Simply put, her Customer Service IQ is matched only by her EQ. More
