Not that easy to get what was that experience There is a conflict of interests... in the position of "Sales Consultant & Finance Manager". Guy was trying to sell me not a car but a financing. He did not know anything about the car he was selling... ok, it was not a Kia but... man, prepare yourself, get some knowledge about a product you are going to sell a customer... it is a weird way to sell stuff, does it really work? Strange aftertaste ... feels like Lockwood Kia has line of customers and they do not care a bit about A customer, because the line is still long... as an example - if you call one sales and set a meeeting - do not expect the same guys will meet you. as well as if you call sales manager for a few times - do not expect to get a callback, even if you leave few messages and get few "he'll call you beck in 5-10 minutes" closer to the case- a mileage of cars(hope only used) could be not accurate for few thousand; make sure with used cars you check a carproof for all the info ads say, i.e. quantity of the owners could me more then announced; and as result of ... - Lockwood Kia ad. claims - "At Lockwood Kia we are honest, straightforward and genuine" - I'd recommend - check, rely only on your own eyes and ears, do not believe any shallow mottos and words More

We never felt rushed or pressured. He gave us his undivided attention and was always quick to respond to any questions. There was always someone completely available to accommodate us in any way. What attracted us most to Charles was his genuine concern to make us happy. His honesty is refreshing and it stems from a true sense of character. He took the time to teach us everything we need to know about our new purchase and assured us that he will continue to be there for us. You can believe it! Yes, I'd purchase a vehicle here again! First off, let me start by saying that I don’t often write consumer reviews, actually I’ve only ever written one. It was for a beautiful boutique hot First off, let me start by saying that I don’t often write consumer reviews, actually I’ve only ever written one. It was for a beautiful boutique hotel I stayed at on my birthday called the OBAN INN. It’s located in Niagara-On-The-Lake if anybody is interested. This review however is for a car dealership called LOCKWOOD KIA, located off Bronte Rd in Oakville Ontario. When I think about buying and trading a car, I get very nervous, and for good reason, It’s a nerve racking affair… My hard earned money is at stake and I just know I’m going to get pressured into purchasing a vehicle with a bunch of value added features that I can’t afford. I’m not an aggressive guy, and for that reason the entire process of purchasing a vehicle literally makes my skin crawl. My intuition’s were true, until I called Lockwood Kia and spoke with a sales rep by the name of Charles Divita. It was a very welcoming conversation, that made me feel at ease. Previously, I had called and visited a couple other dealerships in the area, and honestly the only word that I can use to sum up my experiences would be “Greasy”. Talking to Charles on the other hand just felt normal. After our initial conversation, I booked an appointment to test drive a vehicle and met the other folks at Lockwood Kia, including the financial services manager Micheal Holguin, who again was an absolute gentleman to deal with. To make a long story short, the vehicle is sitting in my driveway and I’m writing this review the night of purchasing it. No buyers remorse here. In fact, I feel like this is one of the best decisions and experiences I’ve had in my life. I guess some business just get it right. I believe what happened to me however did not happen by accident. I think the kind culture at Lockwood Kia is embedded in their DNA as a whole. I mean everybody there had the same graceful attitude - overwhelmingly friendly and super helpful. I guess good energy is infectious. These guys really get it! I don’t think I was special in any way, I bet they treat everybody walking through the door with utmost respect, whether they’re purchasing the most or least expensive vehicle. They consistently asked if I wanted a coffee, water or if I needed anything. They hung out and chatted with my father while I was busy doing paper work. I never felt pressured or overwhelmed in any way. I made a fair deal and I purchased the vehicle I’ve always wanted…from a bunch of honest nice guys. I do marketing for wineries in the Niagara Peninsula, so naturally I relate everything to wine. I often review wines as a result. I always start by describing the smell of the wine, what it taste like and how it feels, but quite honestly it always comes down to one simple question… “would I purchase it again?” and, that simple question has validity here. Yes, I would most definitely purchase a vehicle from Lockwood Kia again. In fact, I plan on purchasing my Fiancé’s vehicle here next year. So that’s it, that’s my two cents. If you want a good experience when purchasing a vehicle, go to Lockwood Kia. They have lots of high quality vehicles on their lot. But lets call a spade a spade, you can purchase a vehicle anywhere, it’s the people in this world that make all the difference. Cheers, Brad Mate More

The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and I never felt like they were "out to get me", which unfortunately, is how most customers feel when going through the car buying process. It only took me few minutes to realize that Logan was truly helping me to decide the best choice of vehicle for me and my family and Michael was running real numbers on his computer in order to help me decide the trim and add-ons that will suit me best without crossing the boundaries of my budget. On my second trip to the dealer I walked in ready to shake hands to the Good People that where helping me with the purchase, I wasn't afraid no more about dishonest people or unproffessional business conduct..I was simply glad that I found a dealership were the team that runs it offered me the highest levels of costumer care and professionalism in a friendly and enjoyable environment . With that being said I highly recommend this Dealer and its Team if you are in the process of purchasing a vehicle because with them it will be simply pleasant. One Happy Costumer. More
