Probably the worst dealership I have worked with. Yesterday we reserved a new Frontier Pro 4X with a $500 deposit. We called this morning to pick it up and were told that this vehicle was a customer ordered truck, and not ours. The only other model was $4K more. What a sham. Worst dealership stay clear buyer beware. Purchased a 2019 Murano Platinum with low kms. The car was dirty in and out which should have been a red flag as I booked the apt 3 days in advance. Turns out both rear differential seals were shot and obviously not inspected. Only received 1 remote and was told they would get the second one and have it delivered. Six weeks later and nothing. Also informed by another dealer that there was already an extended warranty on the vehicle that was not offered. Block heater had a big yellow $3 electrical end. Wiper blades torn and washer fluid empty. Dog food all around the spare. Low CVT. Talked to the GM who was said he’d look into it 6 weeks ago and still no response. Not what you’d expect from a Nissan Dealer on a $40,000 purchase. Gonna register a complaint with Nissan Canada. Dealer in Edmonton fixed everything went over the entire vehicle and returned it spotless and demonstrated excellent customer service/care. More

I had a starter issue with my 2016 Nissan Titan diesel. Starter went while I was 200 kms from home, with a trailer (load of flooring and appliances). This was Friday at 3:00 pm. To be honest I am Toyota brand guy. I was not easy for me to let go of my Toyota Higlander as we had alot of fun road trips together.
