I would like to share a bit of story with you on how this all started. On Tuesday Jan 28 it was about 5:30 pm I noticed that my check engine light was on. I called OnStar and had them run a diagnostics. They all started. On Tuesday Jan 28 it was about 5:30 pm I noticed that my check engine light was on. I called OnStar and had them run a diagnostics. They found some error codes and advised me to get the vehicle to a dealership within 7 days. They asked me if I would like to be connected to a dealership (Leggat Chevrolet). I said sure but was thinking who is still there at this time. I was connected to Julian Lavalle. I was very surprised that my call was even taken considering it was almost 6 pm. Julian immediately took action right away. Thinking that I would of been brushed off because of the time that it was, I was thinking he would want to leave since it was the end of the day. Instead he did what he had to do and took care of this matter. He even asked me if I was in the area and to have the vehicle brought in. I was about 20 minutes away so I brought the vehicle in the next day. When I arrived to the dealer the next day I approached Julian and mentioned to him that we had spoke yesterday evening. With a big smile I was welcomed to the dealership and he called for a service technication rigtht away (thats what you call taking care of the customer). While I was waiting I went into the lounge where the showroom was. I came back into the service area (about 10 minutes later) where Julian explained to me what was the issue with the vehicle. He told me they were going to get me a rental vehicle since the vehicle might be in for 1-2 days. I was picked up by the rental company and everything was taken care of. The next day Julian called me to follow up with what was going on and that they needed another day. Today Jan 30 I was called by Julian at around 2 in the afternoon, letting me know that the vehicle was ready for pick up. I dropped off the rental and was given a ride back to the dealer. When I arrived I was welcomed with a big smile by Julian which made me feel good. He explained everything that was done. My vehicle was brought to the front and it was very clean inside and out. I told Julian we need more people like you here. He smiled and I said thank you for all that was done. Keep up the great work Julian. Overall we need more people like Julian, now considering I had a really bad experience a few years ago with the service manager I refused to come back to Leggat and I went somewhere else considering it was even further, but now that Julian is there I will be returning for my service appointments from now on. More

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Luca Giambattist (2010 Chev Equinox) . Luca was fabulous! Not only did he listen to what we wanted but he took the time to call once he found it. He worked hard to come to a comfortable price while staying within our budget and by no means pressured us in anyway. On Tuesday when we went pick the vehicle up he took the time to show me how to work everything on my new vehicle, entertained all of my questions and even gave me the option to call should I think of anymore. Cathy Mancini did a wonderful job helping with the financing, taking care of everything and explaining the entire process in great detail so I knew exactly what I was signing… given that this was my first experience dealing with this side of financing she made the process incredibly easy. I will most definitely refer Legget and Luca specifically to anyone I know looking for a vehicle. - Danielle More

Was at this dealership this week Emmanuel and Cathy were both great very helpful and knowledgeable. This is my 4th vehicle Emmanuel has sold to me. I enjoy going to him cause he will make my family and I fe both great very helpful and knowledgeable. This is my 4th vehicle Emmanuel has sold to me. I enjoy going to him cause he will make my family and I feel like we are apart of his family. Emmanuel is a great sales person and find him to be very professional keep up the great work Emmanuel. For Cathy now she had taken care of all our paperwork. She was efficient and very well organized, I could tell just by looking in her office and you could see her desk was not covered with papers. Will I walked into leggat for the reason of buying a new SUV Equinox LT. I saw the one I liked with all the opitions I needed. I was trading in my 7yr Pontiac Torrent. Yes I know basically the same SUV. SUV Equinox LT. I saw the one I liked with all the opitions I needed. I was trading in my 7yr Pontiac Torrent. Yes I know basically the same SUV. 3 months ago I was there for service on my Torrent. When I just happen to mention that I'm looking at the Equinox LT. When Tony Nivicki happen to hand me his card. I took it and said I will see you soon. He replied,"we'll take care of you when you come in." May 3 walked in Tony wasn't there I walked out then I walked back in. Dealt with the sales mgr Emmanuel Onabanjo. We sat in his office I said, " Tony gave me his card 3 months ago now I'm ready to make a deal." They gave a fair price for my Torrent. Now I'm driving in a brand new Chevy Equinox LT. My point to all of this is, at Leggat they make you feel comfortable and not push you into anything.
