HORRIBLE! STAY AWAY!!!!! Complete garbage customer services. Never answer there phones. I told them to get their manger to contact me, never did. I sent in my 2017 Dodge Charg Complete garbage customer services. Never answer there phones. I told them to get their manger to contact me, never did. I sent in my 2017 Dodge Charger for a service got it back smelling like cigarette smoke, I get in my car and there is half of a cigarette put out on my center conceal. The nerve of these people NEVER COME HERE. More
Always a rip off Worst dealer service department I have ever been to. Constantly ripped off, ever changing prices, and the bill never matches what was quoted. The way the bill is arranged makes it difficult to then determine where the overcharges came from. Example, a $199 package is then broken up into labour, parts, other charges etc.. which equal $265. Service Advisor is then unable to explain what the extra charges are for (199 plus tax= $226.86, not $265) Do not get more than one thing done at a time otherwise you will need an accounting degree to figure out where they overcharged you. Very shady and untrustworthy, and ruin the an otherwise decent sales department. More

So approximately 1600 k buy me so far, and now the Deaded Dodge Death Wobble, never felt such a ride wow!!!!! Now in Kittimat for two months, so maybe 1800 k , now the back brakes are so bad they need to be done? Called LC asked about anything?. Oh Sorry? They kept calling for awhile to do my service work? Really? So over the years have done all service and maintenance other places? The other week air bag lite came on? So off to my mechanic, I’m told needs recall work done, has to go to dealership! Ok so well I’ll try LC even thou I live in Hope now! So called gal ,very nice to talk too! Made appointment for Thursday, called back to tight , made it for the next Tuesday at 0930! Asked if parts were all in? She said yes ! We arrived at 0930 told take most of day, 3 recalls? Asked what? One front end piece and two airbag things! Ok don’t do front end, just did all in November of 2017. Oh ok then just airbags. Still want it till 1600 ok So came back at 1545 they didn’t touch it? Still parked same place? Was told sorry have to leave one more Day? Well I called made sure parts were in?? I said how bought a car? She says you will have to rent one? I told them I live in Hope! She assured me it would be done?.. Just not good service? Hope my next Chrysler Centre is better? More
Great Sales Department... Terrible Service Department Bought a jeep here in July and the sales department was wonderful. Norm was incredibly helpful and friendly. However, since then I've had to take my jeep back 3 times and they haven't been helpful at all. The service is slow, there's no point in booking an appointment because they still keep your car basically all day. I've called and left messages for the manager and had had emails sent to him to have him call me. Not a single call back. If you buy your jeep here I suggest getting it serviced elsewhere. More
Poor customer service extremely poor customer service for 3 separate warranty issues. No courtesy car and shuttle doesn't drive out of Langley so had to take days off work each time. I sat at the dealership for 2 hours each time waiting for the shuttle to arrive to bring me back home. Every time I have had an issue, I get put on hold and never get a call back. Every time I go into the service department I am completely ignored by everyone while waiting minimum 20 minutes. after finally talking to them about the issue, it takes even longer for them to get organized and figure out what they are going to do. Any time I have had to go in, I can count on being there for hours just waiting around for proper service. My rad leaked which I learned is apparently very common in several 2014 jeeps but they would not warranty it because the basic warranty was slightly over even though a rad should never leak at only 57,000 kms. Very poor service. I'd rather pay someone else to fix a problem even if it's still under warranty just to avoid the bad customer service headache and avoid having more cheap parts installed. More

We arranged to to get tires and wheels at cost to make up for problems. Now it's spring and I sent the email but the manager could not be bothered to reply. I sent another email but "cc'ed" it to Bill Jones. Bill Jones responded right away and got what was promised. Unfortunately the service department once again didn't come through. I emailed Bill Jones and the manager, but it was Bill Jones who called me back to get things done properly. Today I left my truck for what was to be 1-1/2 to 2 hours. It took 3-1/2 hours to give me back my truck. There is a lack of concern for my time. I was sorry to hear that Bill Jones had suddenly left the company. There are plenty of other Dodge dealers I can go to for service. More

My experience went like this: - Book my truck in for an oil change and some warranty work in person at the dealership. I waited in line to see one of the service writers, after waiting for one I'm informed to go talk to someone else to book in and am pointed in that direction. - I proceeded to talk to the person I was pointed to for booking. I confirmed the price of the oil change I was looking for as well as what warranty work was needed and a date was set. - On the day of drop off I arrived a little early to make sure everything went well and there were no delays in processing things. I was greeted with a long line of people and an obviously under staffed service department that seemed to have very little interest in serving the people in line. I stood in line for 15 mins waiting to speak to someone and was finally served. I explained my needs again and was assured it would be done correctly and promptly. I was told the service shuttle would be around in the next few mins to pick me up and bring me to my office. - 20 mins goes by and I'm finally picked up to be dropped off at my office. At this point I've spent 45 mins at the dealership just to drop my truck off for something I had previously booked, this is entirely too long for such a simple process. - After a couple hours I receive a call saying the oil change is done but the technician couldn't replicate the items for warranty. Frustrated that they can't figure this out I ask for the shuttle to pick me up and bring me back, I am told to phone the shuttle and arrange myself. - Upon pick up the technician wanted to take a ride with me to replicate the sound, it doesn't replicate but he assures me everything is good and it's probably nothing, which is like telling me the sound is in my head. - I then proceed to try and pay and leave, I've spent entirely too much time at the dealership for such a simple visit at this point. Once three people have worked to find my paperwork I am given the bill, which is double the price I was quoted. I question the total and am greeted with a shoulder shrug and handed the debit machine to pay my bill. No question as to what was quoted or how this problem could be solved. - I proceeded to drive my truck straight from the dealership to an independent shop one block away, they found the problem within 5 mins and suggested the fix and explained why it was an issue. From start to finish my experience today with Langley Chrysler was of the lowest quality. I've have many new cars with multiple different brands and this is far and away the worst service I've received. Update: I received a call from Langley Chrysler apologizing for the poor service and wanting to hear more about why things went so poorly. They have offered me an incentive to come back and try them for another service visit in the future. I will give them one more try and update again. More
