This was a regular scheduled service for a 2003 PT Cruiser The service rep was Jim Harkness. He handled my scheduled visit with a thought to keeping my cost reasonable for an older model car. The waiting area works for me as it has counter tops that allow me to read, has an online computer access and a coffee machine. Cost was pleasantly low. I don't know the name of the mechanic. More
Service issue - transmission 2014 Chrysler 200 -96,000 kms , 2 months past 5 year & transmission needed rebuilding. Josh worked with FCA to have covered under warranty that was a 2014 Chrysler 200 -96,000 kms , 2 months past 5 year & transmission needed rebuilding. Josh worked with FCA to have covered under warranty that was accepted. NOW the ISSUE; asked Josh twice about warranty twice and he replied " parts ONLY for 2 years NO LABOUR coverage" " you are on the hook for labour once you leave the dealership lot". Contacted FCA and they indicated 2 years PARTS & LABOUR unlimited kms. Called dealership 3 times to talk to service manager - no return calls. Angela connected me on the 4th attempt to parts manager Trevor who is working on confirming coverage. Would gladly sit down with someone in authority to discuss further. In summary think it took to long to repair ( 2 weeks) & not how the warranty time / coverage has been handled. There is more that was not in this review that should be discussed. More
Exceptional Customer Service My 2015 Chrysler Town & Country's battery failed 3 times during the Long Canada Day weekend as a result of indifferent readings from their Diagnosti My 2015 Chrysler Town & Country's battery failed 3 times during the Long Canada Day weekend as a result of indifferent readings from their Diagnostic Tester. This required the vehicle to be towed twice back to their yard and finally the results were positive..... a new battery was required . This misfortune was all a big inconvenience! Then Langley Chrysler went the EXTRA MILE to provide me with Total Customer satisfaction. My thanks go to Anthony Wiseman, General Manager, for being so welcoming and understanding my dissapointment. The management there is very pro-active and extremely Customer Oriented. They only want Total Customer Satisfaction. My customer service experience ended with Langley Chrysler honouring all costs for Towing, Diagnostic charges, brand new Courtesy Vehicle and a new battery from the Service Dept. Thanks also to Josh Mcleod of the Service Dept. I recommend Langley Chrysler for very friendly people & Total Customer Satisfaction . Fred Madden Langley,BC More

Great follow up service. I purchased replacement tires for my jeep here. A few months later I got a nail in one of my new tires. Called Langly Chrysler and was told to brin I purchased replacement tires for my jeep here. A few months later I got a nail in one of my new tires. Called Langly Chrysler and was told to bring it right in, they got it in pretty much as soon as I arrived. Tire was fixed quickly, and at no charge. Great to see such great follow up service. More

Sure we have gone to other dealers over the years but the Langley Chrysler’s service has always brought us back. Now our driveway is full of Mopars ‘13 Ram ‘17 Durango ‘17 Challenger...my son’s Thank you Langley Chrysler. More

Customer Service We originally purchased our Jeep at Haley Dodge - needed new batteries in our key fobs - went to the new White Rock Dodge (formerly Haley) - was in We originally purchased our Jeep at Haley Dodge - needed new batteries in our key fobs - went to the new White Rock Dodge (formerly Haley) - was informed 10.00 each to replace batteries - decided to go to Langley Dodge - without telling Russ where we purchased the vehicle - his customer service and cost was nothing in comparison to the $20.00 we would have had to pay in White Rock - that gesture goes a long way for a customer in dealing with a specific dealership More
Technician was terrible Technician working on my truck was terrible. Greasy hand prints on my hood and grill. Tires were rotated and reinstalled BUT... Tire pressure wasn’t checked and slow leak in one tire wasn’t fixed as was stated on the work order. Rear dually wheels were installed out of sync so I could not check or add air to inside tires. Took the truck back to gave this fixed and am still waiting after 5 hours for the work to be completed. Langley Chrysler’s lost my business More
