The sales staff were amazing, they made me feel so comfortable and made sure to explain everything so that I was sure about my purchase. The manager Dan Bass was especially great, he went out of his way to make sure I was happy. I've heard horror stories about people getting ripped off when buying a car but I can say with confidence that I am 100% pleased with everything. I had a minor issue with the remote the 2nd day where it seemed that the car couldn't detect the FOB.. I called Lakewood immediately and they had me bring the car in.. they set me up with a rental car at no cost..the next day my car was done. It was as simple as a reset. Dan in the service department was very nice, he took the time to listen to me and then explain everything to me when I came back to pick the car up. I was very impressed with the service I received. I would recommend this place to everyone in a heart beat, I will without a doubt be coming back for any future vehicles. More

Great service in service I had to bring my Cruze back in after a free oil change compliments of GM (was very happy to receive a free oil change) because there were a couple re I had to bring my Cruze back in after a free oil change compliments of GM (was very happy to receive a free oil change) because there were a couple repairs that needed to be done. (repairs were under warranty so this was also no problem) What I was concerned about was getting it all done in time for a meeting I had scheduled with a client.
