Today, March 16, 2024, was the first time I have been truly disappointed with assistance. I have been reading "audiobooks" through wireless transmission from my smartphone to "MEDIA" in my car. I haver NO issues until today, when it would not play. I drove from Cambridge to the Kitchener dealership because I have always had excellent help. BUT TODAY, a serviceman tried very hard but could not restore my wireless except through a cable. We met with t*wo salespeople, one the manager. They were rather disinterested in assisting and saying that my "preferred" model (it is not) does not have a wireless feature was fruitless to continue as they turned away and carried on with other business. I felt sorry for the serviceman who truly wanted to help. THIS WAS A VETY POOR SHOW and reinforces common beliefs that help ends once a customer is out the door. POOR SHOW! More

I had to bring my SUV in for a recall everyone was polite and helpful. The offered my a ride home while the did the work but I did not need it.
