2018 Honda Civic quote/experience I went into the dealership Saturday Sept 8th 2018, with this info of what I wanted to purchase: 2018 Honda Civic LX, Blue, I want to add remote starte I went into the dealership Saturday Sept 8th 2018, with this info of what I wanted to purchase: 2018 Honda Civic LX, Blue, I want to add remote starter, add 7 year 160,000 warranty. I am looking to purchase one in the next week. What do the come back with a quote on an SE model, and their reasoning was I talked to my manager and he thinks this is better for you. Listen I don't want you to push some car you have on your lot. I specifically gave you all the information on what I wanted. I already did all the research on the car. I dont want you to tell me what YOU think I should buy I only wanted you to sell me the car I researched and was interested in. Why can't you listen to your customers and service their need not try to push your needs and wants on them. Rotten experience and would never ever recommend this dealership to anyone! More

Service was a complete gong show! I experienced the worst service of my life today, at Kingston Honda. The fellow at the desk was not friendly or knowledgeable or helpful. I had booked I experienced the worst service of my life today, at Kingston Honda. The fellow at the desk was not friendly or knowledgeable or helpful. I had booked the appointment for an oil change last week and was told it would take approximately one hour. After 1.5 hours, I noticed that my car was where I'd left it in the parking lot. When I went to the desk, the same fellow seemed completely unconcerned, did not explain nor apologize and couldn't tell me when they would get to my car. What?!!! I asked for my keys and told him I would be taking my business elsewhere. Again, no apology. By the way, I was one of three customers who found themselves in this position. Ridiculous and frustrating! More
