Frustrating service centre I've brought my car in for minor service twice and had a frustrating experience both times. While talking about services that needed to be complete I've brought my car in for minor service twice and had a frustrating experience both times. While talking about services that needed to be completed, Tony would ignore my questions for him (what is the price difference between x and y service), and would instead reiterate the work he wanted to do. Many times I would explain exactly what I wanted to be completed. This was met with further explaining what Tony wanted to do. It's like bashing my head against a wall. I also had a difficult time understanding his accent, as he was talking quickly. I can only assume he was talking quickly in broken English to add on extra services as I had an inflated bill with extra services that I did not approve added onto the bill. - The first time, I took the car in for an oil change, and they also charged me for car detailing. I see that the sales department has decent reviews, but I would recommend staying away from their service center. More

He was able to get me the required tires and rims in stock within a day. Service Dept is excellent Lots of great sales reviews, so here are my kudos but to the Service Dept! Was scheduled for just a regular oil change on 0601. Upon arrival Joanne ad Lots of great sales reviews, so here are my kudos but to the Service Dept! Was scheduled for just a regular oil change on 0601. Upon arrival Joanne advised me that out of 2 recalls, (the most important one) regarding the driver side airbag they had the part available for repair. I happily agreed to have it taken care right away. During my wait as I was walking around Joanne kindly gave me an update of the service being done on my car and advised I would later be taken care of by Yashar since her shift was ending. Waiting in the service lounge was cool since I could see all the other cars being worked on including mine by owner name and car description on a screen. Yashar came over and gave me some updates regarding a nail in one of my tires and made recommendations on coolant and brake fluid replacement which I was totally unaware of. Overall, the customer service was awesome from beginning to end! And special kudos to Richard who worked on my Mustang!, which I love almost as a person! Thank you Service Dept. and keep up the great work. Rudy Avila More

For the most part because of their typical replace - not - fix approach I've steered clear of them as they just end up being too costly.ive never seen a well run operation actually doing what they say they can deliver. Key West ford comes at it from a different angle . Their mechanics are extremely knowledgeable, their service department is highly attentive- and their management staff seem to really care about the big picture. If any one of those elements don't exist it seems to me there are just too many gaps to fill to come away from the experience at any dealership feeling like I got ripped off somehow. Key West ford hits the right mark every time. If you have been turned off by dealerships in the past this place really is a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend!! More

Emergency situation handled immedetley On evening of 3 Aug I backed into a pillar in a parking garage breaking the rear light. We were leaving for the US in morning with our guests from Fin On evening of 3 Aug I backed into a pillar in a parking garage breaking the rear light. We were leaving for the US in morning with our guests from Finland. I called Key West service at 9 AM, explained the situation and they said come in right now. By 10 AM we were on our way to US. Thank you for the wonderful service. More

I purchased my vehicle from Key West Ford and that was an excellent experience. the service element kicked into effect right after. I was introduced to the Service Dept and promised great service for as lo excellent experience. the service element kicked into effect right after. I was introduced to the Service Dept and promised great service for as long as I owned my Ford F150. I received gentle reminders from Key West Ford via email or mail to remind me that my vehicle is due for service. Making an appointment was easy and when we dropped off the truck we were offered a courtesy lift while we the vehicle was being serviced. The vehicle was ready on time as promised, which means a lot to me as I schedule my day with 3 kids. My vehicle service was explained to me, my vehicle was given a report card so I am clear on what issues may arise sooner than later. My vehicle was washed and the inside dash wiped down. The price was awesome, and everything that my vehicle needed (oil change, tire rotation, inspection and fluids topped up) was done. It makes me feel comfortable to know that genuine Ford parts are used in my Ford. I have another vehicle (Korean brand) and although the service there is good, it doesn't compare to Key West Ford. I highly recommend them for your next purchase of your vehicle. They have a huge lot, Dave H. in sales is awesome, Bonnie in the Business office will get you best rates, and then you are left with the amazing Service Staff. I highly recommend Key West Ford! and Ford F150 is pretty awesome too. More

I bought a used 2007 Honda Fit at Key West in March, 2013. I declined the extra cost warranty, and just went with the basic Lubrico one that comes with the car. In May 2013, the engine light came on a 2013. I declined the extra cost warranty, and just went with the basic Lubrico one that comes with the car. In May 2013, the engine light came on and the transmission started shifting very hard. On that day, I had to be somewhere in a couple of hours, and Key West set me up with a loaner right away, so I made it in time. They had to send the car out to get the transmission fixed, which took about 5 days, during which time I had the loaner. The repair was completely covered by the warranty, and when I went to pick up the car I expected to pay the $100 deductible, but that had also been covered. Anyway, used car, transmission goes --- Did not lose any time at all as they gave me a loaner, and the car fixed with all costs covered. Potentially stressful situation completely trouble-free. More

We were already at the border to go camping and noticed that there was something wrong with the RV. We turned around and went to Key West Ford. They took us in and in an hour or so the vehicle was fixed an that there was something wrong with the RV. We turned around and went to Key West Ford.
