Friendly without being pushy Had attended the dealership approx 2 weeks ago and tested a vehicle. Was not ready to buy just looking at different vehicles knowing I was going to p Had attended the dealership approx 2 weeks ago and tested a vehicle. Was not ready to buy just looking at different vehicles knowing I was going to purchase a vehicle. Rob was very understanding knowing this was not going to be a done deal but still took the time to take me on a test drive. A couple of weeks past before I saw a vehicle I was interested in. I called Rob and asked to see this vehicle. Rob held onto the vehicle so I could look at it a day and a half later. The vehicle had everything I was looking for and more. The dealership took a down payment so I could hold onto the vehicle and purchase it 4 days later. Transition from my old vehicle to the new vehicle was A one service with phone numbers being left if I needed any help after leaving the dealership. Wonderful experience for sure. More

Everyone at Keywest Ford treated Me and my wife like we were family. Which is a nice feeling. The finance office was painless and very understanding and explained everything pretty simply. He listened to what we wanted and showed us trucks that met our requirements. He was with us through the whole purchase and after. He co-ordinated the courtesy car for the installation of the accessories purchased at the time of sale. The only wrinkle was the chip in the windshield. While it was supposed to be taken care of during the accessory installation, it wasn't and we were given the option of getting it fixed ourselves (and submitting the bill) or receiving a $25 gas card - which means that we have to find the time to fix the windshield that was chipped when we purchased the truck. However, overall, this is the first time that we have been happy with a dealership. We highly recommend Key West Ford. More
