I had to bring in my car for them to run the diagnostics on which takes apparently 3-5 days, and the rental they had for me was a car when I have an suv. Lousy service! They had my car sitting in there lot for 7 days before working on it. The rental car they let me use was not even close to my car. Too small. Had oil service today. I bought almost a 1000 $ of tires there last summer and was told twice on the phone before this appointment that “tire rotation” would be free.
