Would give it zero stars if I could. Boyfriend took his car in for an oil change and tire change. Car originally wasn’t his and every time we went it, it was always under the previous owner. We asked 3 separate times and it still wasn’t changed. They misplaced his engine cover and nobody has been helpful. It’s just been excuse after excuse. We’ve tried contacting the owner of this dealership to no avail. Currently trying and dealing with people above. Very sad because Honda has nice cars but please beware as this dealership takes advantage of people. Very poor customer service from the parts and maintenance department. Never again will I give them my business. They are never at fault for what they do it’s always the customers fault and the customer is always wrong apparently. More

I made a service appointment using on the online booking tool, took time off work and drove out to dealership. The service department is horrible. We had to get some service done and they gave a quote. They quoted 6.5 hrs at $135.00 per hour. When our vehicle went in, it took 4 hours. Logically we thought it would service done and they gave a quote. They quoted 6.5 hrs at $135.00 per hour. When our vehicle went in, it took 4 hours. Logically we thought it would cost less. The worst customer service. Absolute garbage. I called for assistance, the person that said to leave name and # and sales would get right back to me. No return call, so I followed up the next day.
