Had a vehicle brought in for a reprogramming and they said there were more issues and needed diagnostic time wehad to authorize 3 hours and they did not figure it out. vehicle sat there for over a month when we finally gave up paid the bill and towed it away. Brought it to another shop and found that there was a broken wire and was a quick 30 min fix. Tried calling service managers and left voicemails with 0 response. Not worth it don't even try More
I recently took my Expedition in for service, oil change, tire rotation and cabin air filter under the Ford Maintenance Prepaid Program (FMPP). I specifically asked for an oil change, tire rotation. The tire rotation and cabin air filter under the Ford Maintenance Prepaid Program (FMPP). I specifically asked for an oil change, tire rotation. The service looked up Service Records and seen it can use a cabin air filter. So they put one in. Least I think so. I probably should check. The issue came with the tire rotation, they did not do the tire rotation even though it was prepaid. I jumped in suv checked tire pressures, TPMS were the same when I dropped off vehicle. Rear driver low (35) two fronts (40) rear passenger (38). So if the tire rotation was competed shouldn’t the tires be all the same? From correcting tire pressure and moving tires. This isn’t the first time, I’ve paid for this service and wasn’t completed. In April 2019 the same issue happened. From then I started marking my tires to see each time of the service was completed. If you pay for a service, and it’s not complete. Is that not theft? Is this not a crime under the criminal code of Canada? Section 322, willfully defraud a person or company of services provided? I just finished buying a 2023 Ranger. I placed the order in September 2022, so it took a while for Ford to build it. Jubilee honored the September price and the financing interest rate. I placed the order in September 2022, so it took a while for Ford to build it. Jubilee honored the September price and the financing interest rate. Both Jan (the salesman) and Travis (the financial manager) were great. They explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. Jan set up the Ford Pass app for me which I was very grateful for - it probably would have taken me several hours. I must say after reading the reviews and see some stories of how other dealerships rip people off I was pleasantly suprised. More
Tried to trade in yesterday and my trade in value was 60k, came back today because they said if I buy a vehicle of them it is still 60k. That quickly changed to 55k and me having to give them all the ext 60k, came back today because they said if I buy a vehicle of them it is still 60k. That quickly changed to 55k and me having to give them all the extras I have with the vehicle and not getting much in return. Dealership charged 1000 dollars just to get financing going and when I told them to cancel the deal the say that is not refundable. Talked to other dealers and was told that isn’t allowed and Jubilee is the only dealership doing it. Goodluck people More

Had a clutch replaced on a Ford Focus under warranty. Little while later crusing down the highway part of the front assembly came off and was dragging on the highway (scared the heck outta me). Long sto Little while later crusing down the highway part of the front assembly came off and was dragging on the highway (scared the heck outta me). Long story short after putting it back together I discovered the dealership forgot to put all bolts back in holding it all into place. I contacted the dealership and there only concern to me was I needed to agree to paying them $129.00 if the “discovered” they are not at fault! I have always been a Ford guy but this dealership has me looking at other brands now. A friend had told me not to go to Jubilee Ford and man was he ever right. Avoid this dealership at all costs…Have never dealt with such an arrogant group of people ever. If I could rate them a zero I would. BTW never went back like heck I was going to agree to the $129.00 charge I mean really are they going to accept responsibility anyway? More
WOW, wanna give 0 but no 0 option, they never keep their words, no trust place. They change the price after you put deposit, never seen this before in Canada. Lucky thing is I stay away from them now. Never words, no trust place. They change the price after you put deposit, never seen this before in Canada. Lucky thing is I stay away from them now. I took my 2014 Ford flex to get a wheel alignment, and that was a mistake. I figured since ford techs should be trained on how to work on ford vehicles, they would be best suited for a simple wheel alignm that was a mistake. I figured since ford techs should be trained on how to work on ford vehicles, they would be best suited for a simple wheel alignment. Now the Ford Flex has a fairly adjustable suspension set up, so it is on the more complicated side of wheel alignments. Unfortunately what I received after getting my car back was plain and simply dangerous. There are two bolts that attach the steering knuckle to the strut assembly, an upper cam bolt, and a lower locking bolt. The technicians would have to loosen both bolts to adjust wheel camber, which was necessary to correct the alignment on my Flex. (this was verified by a ford technician at a different ford dealership) One day after getting my car back from the shop, (literally less than 24 hours) my wife calls me and says the car is pulling funny and steering randomly on the highway. She did make it home safely with our 7 month old child (thank god). When I took the car for a drive I saw immediately that the wheel was way out of alignment, so I lifted the wheel and to my dismay I found the strut was so loose to the steering knuckle that I could move the tire in and out three inches either way. after more digging I found the passenger side was also the same, and both sides were left loose. Now comes where I got really angry. Jubilee Ford initially tried to tell me to get lost, and that it was my fault the bolts were loose, because one week prior to jubilee ford doing this wheel alignment, I had my front struts replace. Initially they offered no compensation and belittled me for being incompetent, saying I installed the struts incorrectly causing the bolts to back out and come loose. which is BS, as the technician clearly had to loosen these bolts to perform the camber alignment. Eventually I was able to get my money back for the wheel alignment they completely botched, and they corrected the wheel alignment free of charge. but not before they told me they would not accept responsibility for the loose camber bolt. I'm glad I got my money back, but honesty was not a forefront for Jubilee's dealings. I will never return for any service work again in the future. Nor will I or my company ever purchase another vehicle through this ford dealer ever again. More
