Excellent experience I have recently purchased my second vehicle from Jonker Nissan. I first looked at Jonker when the redesigned 2013 Altima came out. I had checked out a I have recently purchased my second vehicle from Jonker Nissan. I first looked at Jonker when the redesigned 2013 Altima came out. I had checked out a few other Nissan dealers but found the sales people to be arrogant - not willing to discuss any price discount (as it was a new vehicle that year) and would not consider removing their document fees, etc. They tried to make me feel that I should be honoured to be allowed to buy one from them. I ended up going to Jonker where documents fees were non-existent and the sales person was respectful and willing to negotiate. I ended up buying from them and continued to have my vehicle serviced there, which was always professionally and politely handled. I upgraded the Altima this year and got a great price on the trade-in and purchase price on the new one, couldn't be happier. I have also been eyeing the Pathfinder to replace a Caravan and the sales person has always been informative and best of all, no pressure. When I mentioned how I appreciated that, his philosophy was that if treated properly, the customer would eventually come back and make the purchase when they were ready. I have enjoyed my experience with Jonker, I feel I was always treated fairly there as I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new Nissan. More

Service center was exceptional! I imported a Leaf from the US and needed tires/shock and then to Canadian Tire for final inspection. Sam (and Greg) worked great with my importer - then Sam went above the call by making sure my car got to CT for the final! They also provided a great discount on the tires/alignment. Later on, one of the sales guys came out and helped me with using their EVSE (charging system). More

Inexperienced Sales Staff Dropped in to take a look at a used vehicle on the lot - had been eyeing it up for about 10 days when in the area. Asked the sales person how long they had it on the lot - his response 1 day! Decided to let that go and returned a few days later to test drive if it was still on the lot. Dealt with a different sales person, who provided different answers than the first sales person I dealt with. Politely mentioned they may want to get the story straight before discussing with potential buyers. Enjoyed a test drive....nice vehicle. Time to discuss a trade in for my Nissan - they low balled me $5K - felt to insulted to negotiate any further. Took my business else where and received more than double what they offer me for my trade in and I didn't even have to negotiate. In the end I received great customer service by a honest & educated sales person........FROM ANOTHER DEALERSHIP will not be returning or recommending Jonker Nissan on the Langley Bypass. More
