We were given an estimate for repairs on our 2018 Journey. We made an appointment to get the work done and when we showed up to get it done, Kristen informed us that she had looked it up and found pa Journey. In the end, we had planned on paying over $1500.00 for repairs and ended up paying $750.00. In the past, we have dealt with Hyundai and always had to ask if anything was covered by warranty and usually fight for coverage. Our experience with Johnston Chrysler has been amazing and we will not go anywhere else in the future for vehicles and/or repairs. Thank you Kristen for all you do!!! More

This dealer charged $387 in labour to remove lug nuts when the outer aluminum portion detached from core. Swollen lugs nuts. I bought a used car on the condition that it was cleaned. They had the car for 2 weeks and it was not. Called before picking it up to make sure it had been done as I was driving over an hour… they said it ha They had the car for 2 weeks and it was not. Called before picking it up to make sure it had been done as I was driving over an hour… they said it had been shampooed 3 times… the car was disgusting… it had not been shampooed at all. also the repair job on the back wheel well was a joke as well. At the end of the day I like the car, and wasn’t willing to leave and go back again. Took it in for detailing ($280) and will have the wheel well repaired professionally. But, when you pay $15500 +tax for a 2014 from a dealership it should look like it came from a dealership…not the a back alley. Buyer beware. More

We owned 2014 Dodge Ram and we were satisfied with service when we were buying this brand new car. Today we were so disappointed. First 2 different workers told us wrong towing weight 7900lbs (checked service when we were buying this brand new car. Today we were so disappointed. We can’t return our new trailer without loosing lots of money so we decided trade in. I had few question if they could somehow clean the rust on hitch on 2020 demo Ram and the salesman Frank Ch. was yelling that even brand new car have rust what is not true because my 6 years old doesn’t. He was acting like crazy, yelling in the middle of entrance to the parking. (Some drivers waited until he done) My 7 years old starts be scared and me too. It was really uncomfortable. We run out in our old pick up and buy different brand with service we should get if we spend around $60000. More
