I recently took my car to Jaguar Land Rover of West Columbia for a routine oil change and inspection and couldn't have been more impressed with the experience. From the moment I pulled in, the staff was friendly and professional. Michael Engle, the service advisor who assisted me, was courteous and knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. He listened patiently to my concerns and ensured I understood the recommended service. The service inspection discovered additional safety-related issues, and Michael ensured these repairs were completed! The service itself was completed quickly and efficiently. Jaguar Land Rover of West Columbia even provided a complimentary loaner car. When my car was finished, Michael Engle reviewed the work in detail and answered my questions. Overall, I had an outstanding experience at Jaguar Land Rover of West Columbia and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy car service dealership.
