After picking up our car which was in service for 2 weeks, Michael Cabrera was oblivious whoever left and stored filthy Land Rover car mats and a sun visor in the trunk of our Jaguar Ftype. We went back to the dealership to return them!! The car when completed for service for 2 weeks was very dirty inside. Unprofessional, poor correspondence. In addition, our first loaner car he gave us an awful wrangler Jeep. We had to swap it. He then demanded we give it back car to swap another car. We couldn’t, we were out of town. He was very unpleasant about this. We called Enterprise, and they told us it was okay. We eventually gave back the loaner to swapped another car with a different service rep. Not a good experience here at a high end dealership. We purchased 3 vehicles here in the past, and sadly had an unprofessional service rep. More

Purchased my RS6 sight unseen from Jacob. He walked me through the process and gave me a fair price. Most important was the way the car arrived. My car buying journey began in 2019, a little over two years ago. I was set on buying a range rover but it was important to me to purchase the latest model of the car, as car news outlets had announced ru years ago. I went to dealerships in Texas and Florida and after my experience with Austin Bending, I knew there was only one place I wanted to purchase the vehicle. Despite living in Texas, I decided to order my car through the Naples dealership and have it shipped to me in Texas. As a first-time car buyer, I brought along my dad to the dealership. As the owner of a heavy civil construction company, he has purchased literally hundreds of vehicles in his lifetime. During our first trip to the dealership, Austin really impressed my father with his technical knowledge, transparency, and non-pushy salesmanship. Austin’s understanding of the automobile market, land rover’s product line and general economics surpassed that of all the other consultants I worked with at other dealerships and across other automotive brands. After putting down a deposit for the new range rover, the waiting process began. As covid created a delay in vehicle production, Austin continuously gave me status updates on the vehicle for over two years. As a customer, he always made me feel important and prioritized and that is something that is lacking in the luxury automotive sales industry. When it came time to reviewing build outs and design elements over the phone, Austin was friendly and efficient throughout the decision-making process. He even remembered that I got engaged and asked how wedding planning was going, which is a testament to his ability to listen to a customer and his kindness as a person. If you are interested in purchasing a luxury vehicle and want a seamless experience, I cannot recommend using Austin enough. Not only will he get the job done and make sure your every specification and demand is met, he will make it an enjoyable process. More
