The purpose of this review is to caution perspective buyers on working with this dealership - do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.
My partner purchased a Jaguar F Pace approximately 3 months ago. I was very clear with my requests - wrote every detail in several emails/texts to ensure the communication was clear. However when it came time to receive any documents from Mike - the sales representative, answers were delayed by several days, and the excuses were plentiful.
Nevertheless at the end of it all Mike and his manager Kyle got all the loose ends tied up and I was ready to pick up my F Pace. I do not even recall what exactly happened that day as I was rushed out of the dealership as soon as I came in.
A couple days went by and I noticed one of the features I needed and requested was missing - the GPS.
I notified the dealership immediately. What did they do? Nothing. False promises from both Mike and Kyle, and the worst customer service I would have ever imagined. Promises of follow ups or returned phone calls, with no answer, nothing. No solutions, no help, nothing. Just sleazy lies, being dragged along for 3 months and despicable service.
This is not a high class dealership. Do not trust these people. If you love Jaguar as much as we do, check every single detail before you get out of that dealership!!
