Andy and the team at Image Honda worked with me to provide everything that I required to move ahead and purchase a new vehicle from Honda. A condition arose involving some maintenance on my car. Because I was very unhappy with what looked to be an unsatisfactory resolution, I went to Image Honda to speak with Tony Locche and the general manag Because I was very unhappy with what looked to be an unsatisfactory resolution, I went to Image Honda to speak with Tony Locche and the general manager of Image Honda,whose name escapes me at the moment. After a full and frank discussion of the details involved in this matter, I was very quickly offered a total reimbursement. This issue was handled professionally and in a timely manner. I am very pleased and satisfied with Image Honda and will continue to take my car there for any required maintenance and/or body work. Nick Amsterdam, body-shop manager, also deserves a compliment. We have been customers of this dealership since approximately 1985. In addition to purchasing all our cars here, we have always brought our vehicles here for service. Called the dealership because I had the 'check engine' light come on. They were very accomodating in getting me a quick appointment and were very welcoming when I arrived. Because of a mistake by one of its mechanics during normal servicing, fluid later leaked out of my Honda Accord transmission causing a fault in the transmission. Image Honda cancelled all service charg normal servicing, fluid later leaked out of my Honda Accord transmission causing a fault in the transmission. Image Honda cancelled all service charges and offered an extra 20,000 km warranty on the transmission should any problems arise. A couple of months later problems in the transmission did crop up. Image Honda honored their warranty and replaced the transmission with one flown in from California at no charge to me and provided me with a loaner, also at no charge. A-plus to Image Honda and in particular to Tony the service manager who was helpful throughout. Problems can occur during servicing but it is great to see an organization take responsibility,correct mistakes and to put the customer first. I'd recommend Image Honda and Honda Canada anytime. Visit was pleasant, as always. Time given when work would be completed was extremely accurate. Asked for whatever addtional charges would be added to bill, that I be contacted.
