I am not knowledgeable in vehicles or the process of purchasing. The finance manager Gregory Cyr was tie-selling and lying though his teeth! They have absolutely no customer service and the finance department needs an overhaul. We agreed on a price with the sales manager on Friday night only for Gregory to submit the bank application at a higher payment adding on extra things (extended warranty & insurance) without our consent to line his own pocket. These things were not necessary to add. He then called us the next morning and told us we were approved without telling us the actual amount he submitted and when we asked him to submit at the lower price he said it would be declined and then if he tried to resubmit at the higher price it would be declined again as they already declined it once. Then told us we had to have the other stuff added on (extended warranty and insurance) to be approved for the car. I felt pressured as he pushed papers in front of me printed out with the higher price, and before I had even signed I was told they were switching my license plate over to the new vehicle. I felt railroaded to purchase the vehicle. Tried calling the next day we called to say we didn't want the car and no one returned our call. We then called the next day and after fighting them about this he told us that he actually submitted at the lower price and it was declined and would not provide proof upon request that he actually submitted at the lower price. Complete BS! Talked to the GM and he was just as useless and showed no care for customer service at all. DON'T BUY FROM THIS PLACE they will just rip you off and if you make a complaint they wont care! More

Not a place to buy a preowned vehicle from. But when buying a preowned vehicle I would advise customers to be more careful. The showroom staff is very pleasant to work with, only till the product is sold but after that it's a complete U turn on customer service. Got a Dodge journey from here supposed to be fully inspected and needed no fix, on day 1 before taking the delivery we identified a few issues, they were all fixed at no cost. But when I came in to pick my car a week later and reported non functioning passenger side heating, they said that was not promised and would cost extra. As a customer if you cant spot all problems before delivery, then this is not a deal for you. As dealers, Hyundai Gallery needs to do a lot better on completely checking a car before claiming it to be fully inspected, or needs no fix, etc. They should also stop pushing to sell the extra 3rd party warranty when the finance managers dont even understand the terms and conditions of these products. More

Butcher shop! I have brought my car a 2016 Veloster turbo 6 speed manual in 3 times now, starting with a warranty issue with my clutch. They fixed that and when I I have brought my car a 2016 Veloster turbo 6 speed manual in 3 times now, starting with a warranty issue with my clutch. They fixed that and when I got it home I notice a giant scratch on my passenger fender and was in the works of bringing it back to get it fixed. The next day every light in my dash went off and I lost power steering so my car got towed back in where the entire airbag assembly and power steering module and the scratch. I drove my car for 2 weeks and had to bring it back in because my clutch was slipping and my rpm's would just get high with no acceleration. I brought it in and a week later they told me they contacted the engineers to help solve the issue which led them to replacing the clutch plate which took a week to get the parts and fix it. On October 31st 2018 they called said my car was ready for pick up. When I showed up I checked out my car to see if there was damage and my entire passenger side door was scratched up and a small dent from the door that hit it. The service manager left for the day and I called him to leave a message asking to phone me back first thing in the morning. It is now November 1 2018 11am and still no response. More

I purchased my vehicle here and initially received good service as they wanted to sell me the vehicle.... however, once I purchased the vehicle it all went downhill from there. They switched over my winter times to my summers and the wheel almost fell off. They did not care and laughed me off two different times about the situation. I let my salesguy Nathan know and he didn't even have the decency to respond to the email. They do not care about your well being there - only sales. More

Pleasantly surprising experience ! I have purchased a number of vehicles in my time, both new and used, from dealers and privately. Given this, I think I can honestly say I have experie I have purchased a number of vehicles in my time, both new and used, from dealers and privately. Given this, I think I can honestly say I have experienced a bit of the best and worst of the automobile market. This time however it was a bit different. This time it was a first car for my daughter. After visiting several other dealerships one day, we wandered into Hyundai Gallery. We were welcomed right away, and the Salesman Gregory was very helpful. The test drive went well, and the following day we went back and started negotiating. We quickly agreed on a price, and four years of my daughter’s savings were spent. As with any used car there can be an issue or two that is discovered afterward, however the Pre-owned sales manager Curtis assured us that if there were any problems, he would help us. So away we went. Two days later, a problem developed. This is usually where you discover whether you made a good or bad decision on who to trust in the automobile sales and service market. We went back to Hyundai Gallery and the first person to greet us was Curtis. We explained the problem, and to my complete surprise, he asked us to wait and immediately asked the service shop foreman Garrett to join us. Garrett went out to the car, diagnosed the problem, and Curtis booked us into the service centre to get the issue resolved. From a father’s perspective, knowing that his daughters first car buying and service experience was this good, and that both the sales and service team are willing to go out of their way to provide top notch care, you really can’t ask for much more. So a big shout-out to Greg, Curtis and Garrett for everything. Please keep up the good work. More

I have dealt with this dealership for approximately 15 years, leased two vehicles and purchased one. They consistently try to upsell there services and products and clearly aren't knowledgeable about there own products in regards to servicing and trouble shooting. I am sadly terminating my relations with this dealership as they treat me as though i am an uniformed and stupid individual. I only hope that people will educate themselves in regards to what is actually required maintenance or only a recommendation from the manufacturer especially when it comes to things that they claim effect the warranty and what actually effects the warranty as per Hyundai Canada. I will also say that I have consistently had my vehicles serviced here and nowhere else... until now. My views and opinions are mine and I reserve them in the name of living in a free and democratic society, Canada. My intention is not slander anyone, only sharing consumer opinions and information.
