Didn’t even look at car until 1 hour after appt time Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago. Was told it would be a 1hr appointment when booking. Arrived on time, was told these appointments typically take 1.5 hours - unclear why this time is different now than when booking. Reasons for increased estimate cited as temperatures. When it’s cold outside, apparently it takes longer to replace airbags. Waited in their waiting area. 1 hour later, they have not even looked at the car.... Might be worthwhile starting the appointment on time if it takes longer when it’s cold. More

We never got a call and ended up calling ourselves shortly before closing, only to find out our car wasn't even looked at during that 6 hour period! If we hadn't called, we would've been without our car until they re-opened on Monday! More

I had to make an appointment 3 weeks in advance for a simple oil change - they tell me there is no openings for 3 weeks for a simple oil change that takes less then an hour to do. Most places these days you can walk in and get an oil change done in an hour but here you have to wait 3 weeks to even get your car in. Terrible service, worst I have ever seen. That gets a 4 out of 5 star rating ??? More like a 1 star!! More

Unfortunately the settings could not be changed but I appreciated their manager’s time and effort and that they did not charge me for checking out my car after this bizarre occurrence. Would recommend them! More
