Bought a used Santa Fe XL 2019 In the year 2020 with 19,000 KM paid cash plus for the 7 year wanranty Dealer did one free oil change with no charge no receipt the problem started when i brou 19,000 KM paid cash plus for the 7 year wanranty Dealer did one free oil change with no charge no receipt the problem started when i brought it for a second oil change at a oil changer to get the oil change they would not change because of a oil leaking from oil pan seal plus they seen mud and damage under the car on exhaust flex pipe they told me report it to the dealer at Hull Hyundai that they never clean the mud and no repair on the flex pipe .. The Dealer Hull Hyundai told me they could not help me because pipe was damage and could not clean mud dealer saying warranty does not cover damage part and cleaning the mud So i deside to get check by a diffrent dealer they did a vehicle system check and exhaust leak nothing was found so no repair was done because they seen no leak on the exhaust but 3 years later exhaust flex pipe started to leak. Now getting all my service dont By hyundai st laurent ottawa rating them a 5 Star they are fixing the flex pipe when it should of been the dealer where i bought the car should of fix it before selling me me that car..
