BUYER BEWARE Well they pulled a fast one on me before I was even able to buy a used truck, had a deal and an appointment for a sat morning at 9 am. Got a call at 5 pm Friday from Sales person Kerra saying was even able to buy a used truck, had a deal and an appointment for a sat morning at 9 am. Got a call at 5 pm Friday from Sales person Kerra saying someone else is coming in Sat for the truck with an appointment before opening! They must have gotten a better price from the other buyer! Very dishonourable…..I’d have given them a one start if I could have….They are not trustworthy!! More
Have a problem with the wheel lug nuts on my Lincoln being over tightened. Cannot budge them with a 2 foot lug wrench. Talked to the service manager a Colon McClarran, and asked him what the torque was being over tightened. Cannot budge them with a 2 foot lug wrench. Talked to the service manager a Colon McClarran, and asked him what the torque was on their impact guns and he could not tell me. Of course if the impact wrench over tightens the lug nuts then the torque wrench will click at 100 pounds but then try to take the lug nuts off with the torque wrench and check just how much they have over tightened them. Absolutely no way I can change a flat tire on the side of the road. Was told that the lug nuts had seized on in two years, but all twenty of them? I do not think so. I wanted the lug nuts loosened, and was told by Colon McClarren to take the car to another shop and not bother to bring it back to Holiday ford again. Also had an airconditioning problem prior to this which I was told it was fixed but a before leaving the lot , checked it out and back into service for another day for them to fix the problem correctly. Just another problem with Colon McClarren the service manager. More
Bought an F150 July 4th. Great buying experience. Sales staff Carter Shields great to work with. Had air conditioning issues starting July 6th. The sales people Carter Shi Great buying experience. The sales people Carter Shields and Sales Manager Dean tried to be helpful but have taken the vehicle in twice now for service and have had no success. Never popped the hood, just looked for error codes. Giving them a third try in a month to make it right. Will update with further.
