Purchased our RV Coach and our salesman Gary was the best. He is not a pushy salesman but in his own way he found us exactly what we were looking for. The whole experience was easy and with no pressure from Gary it was an enjoyable experience for us as first time RV purchasers. Vulcan Autoplex small town friendly After a long search on line and at the Calgary RV Show, we finally found just the trailer we wanted through an online ad from Vulcan Autoplex. The dri After a long search on line and at the Calgary RV Show, we finally found just the trailer we wanted through an online ad from Vulcan Autoplex. The drive from our home in Airdrie was definitely worth it. We found in John an excellent, knowledgable manager, and a long time RVer himself. Along with showing us the trailer he offered many very useful tips for using and looking after the RV. There was no up-selling, only useful information. Andre, the RV service technician was very skilled and accommodating in making the changes and installing the additional items we wanted. Pricing was excellent with no surprises and several discounts and freebies thrown in. The whole experience was low key, and no pressure just like one would expect from an honest small town business for whom personal customer relationships are crucial to business success. I definitely recommend the Vulcan Autoplex to anyone wanting a pleasant, good value RV buying experience, and none of the slick impersonal pressure selling of large City dealerships. More

Not impressed Took my camper in for warranty work TV had no power and my front panel was buckling. Last time I ever buy a Forest River product. So the TV was warranted and the guy from furrion said just take it in. I go to pick up my camper and im told the tv was not under warrranty. I can only assume its on their floor being sold right now because i sent the email with the approval from Furrion to the service dept. I get the invoice and they charged me 29 dollars to plug it in and find out it doesnt have power. Then they tell me its going to take a while to get the front panel in and asked if i wanted them to winterize. Not knowing how long its going to take i said sure go ahead. They left the fridge closed and now its full of mold. They left the mattress thrown over the couch and friken muddy water all over the bed ledge. I have never seen such shady workmanship in my life. Im worried the didnt winterize at all. Will not be using this place for nothing EVER again. More
