I purchased a new car from Hertrich of Elkton on June 14th, 2023. I just received my registration on August 28th. The wait was 10 weeks and car cost >38k. Every person I saw or talked with told me different lies. It turned out the dealer title request was rejected. I live in Delaware and went to motor vehicles myself to get a third temporary tag. I still don’t have a Delaware permanent license plate. Overall a horrible experience with incompetent people. No one cared enough to follow up with me on the wait time for documents after I answered their survey for Dodge. The dealership had all its money by June 19th. More

I wasn't happy with the recon fee. All of this work should be done before you put the price on the car. Where the bumper meets the fender. There is a gap on both sides.
