He didn’t introduce himself or shake our hands, seemed nice at first but as time went by, we realized he sucked. That’s the best way to put it. He was not open to negotiation, was all over the place walking back and forth. Kept stalling on providing the appraisal and was on the phone texting. When we said we were taking the estimate papers at the end of the meeting, he had the audacity to ask why! I get you’re a sales rep and trying to keep the sale but this guy is terrible! Such a sense of entitlement it was insane! I was so annoyed near the end, I only took his card for his full name to do something I never do, write a review. This guy is the worst sales rep I’ve ever come across. I wouldn’t buy a pack of gum from him let alone a car. Take your business elsewhere. Btw, Joe if you read this or anyone who works at Henley Honda, after we left your dealership, we went to VW and my mom bought an awesome Tiguan! The sales rep there was amazing. A breath of fresh! Pleasant Experience I have been a service customer at Henley Motors for many years, and greatly appreciated their assistance in arranging my purchase of the 2011 Pilot wh I have been a service customer at Henley Motors for many years, and greatly appreciated their assistance in arranging my purchase of the 2011 Pilot which I had acquired via Lease Busters. At that time they really went to bat for me to get me a full 200,000 km warranty. Recently I traded that vehicle in on a new Pilot and again was pleased with my treatment. Grant, the salesman, took pains to explain the new features, and sales manager, Bob, spent a long time with us, going over various approaches to the deal. Sean, in finance, was also the soul of courtesy and helpfulness. Throughout, the usually stressful experience of purchasing a new car was made very pleasant. (I have just one complaint, and that lies with Honda Canada's parts supply system--not Henley. Surely something as common as a trailer hitch should not be on back order!) More

Won't Go Anywhere Else For A Honda ...And I live in another area code, a good 100+KM away. I know the people at Henley, and they are fantastic. From sales, to services, to Sandra in finance who was a wonder to work with, I had the most comfortable experience buying both of my Hondas from here. I don't trust another service department to deal with my car. I will drive the distance twice a year for an oil change and catch up with the staff there as several are good friends there. The coffee ain't half bad, either. :p When the time comes for another Honda, whether it to trade up my Si for a Type R or to get my wife into a new Ridgeline, I will always come back to Henley. More

A very messy experience i have been looking for a car for about 4 months know. it seemed that everytime i had almost made a decision, a better deal came along. I visited Henl i have been looking for a car for about 4 months know. it seemed that everytime i had almost made a decision, a better deal came along. I visited Henley Honda, and dealt with Ryan. The only person in that whole dealership who seemed to actually appreciate the customer was him! He was knowledgeable about the car and gave a thourough test drive. When it came down to number crunching, My father and I were looking for the best deal possible, and we tried our best to find that. when it came to price adjustments, the manager (i think Tom?) came over to deal with us. He was very arrogant, and full of himself. statements like "its just another sale, if you dont like the price go somewhere else." For someone who has worked at the dealership for over 8 years, he was also unaware that a customer can take over someone elses financing. Bottom line: he made us feel like we were doing HIM a favour by buying a car from the dealership. Regardless of all this we liked Ryan, and the car so we decided to move forward. The car was supposed to be picked up a week later. 2 days before, i received a phone call from the receptionist letting me know there was a recall on the car and it had to be fixed, so itll be a few more days. When i asked her why i wasnt informed of this before paying, she stated "it was public knowledge, you could of googled it." Again, it seems like everyone at this dealership is doing me a favor! Ryan called, apologized, and said he understood why we felt the way we did. In conclusion: Ryan is great, but Tom the manager is very arrogant and unappreciative of business. The only good part was they gave us our money back. More
