Detail++ I had a great call with Jeff and he was able to explain the service to me with a estimate. My car was going back on a lease return and my kids TRASHED it. Crayons melted into the carpeting, the nastiest cup holders ever seen. It was like a moving trash heap. jeff knew I waited til the last second and that i had to return the lease the very next day. He got the car in and made it look like new. I've never seen anything like it. I literally didn't recognize the car. I felt like I got immense value for my money and the service was so polite and good natured. i know they had to do there best to fit me in on no notice but they did it. Now other then the fact they made it look New again also removing scuffs that a bodyshop told me couldnt be polished well they did couldnt tell there was ever a scuff The main reason iam writing this review is because I removed a carseat into the trunk so they coiuld shampoo under it,after getting home i noticed they had steamcleaned the dirty car seat as well and some how it looked brand new.We were acually going to buy a new one the next day as this one was VERY dirty and looked to far gone but they got it perfect very nice extra touch .... and then there it was a little teddy bear seatbelted into the car seat (yes it had there logo on its little t shirt)but still who does that?? my son LOVES this little teddy its still in his hands everytime we are driving.. Detailing with a surprise extra Took the SUV in for the detailing package and got a call that there was an issue with the vehicle. The alternator went while in their possession. The service team boosted the vehicle so I could get home, however only made it part way. I contacted them immediately and they quickly dispatched their mobile service van. The SUV was returned to Oceanside while I made other arrangements to have the alternator repaired ( under warranty) at a Hyundai Dealer in Nanaimo. The Service Advisor, Richard, was empathetic and supportive throughout the experience even though the work would not be completed by Oceanside. I was stressed over the whole matter and Richard and Harlem of Harris Oceanside dealt with the matter professionally and courteously. Thank you. More

Paula always seems to go above and beyond for myself and her other customers, when I'm in there for service. She is always so great to deal with. She always does her best to make sure our car is in and out her other customers, when I'm in there for service. She is always so great to deal with. She always does her best to make sure our car is in and out in timely fashion, that's because she seems to run non stop. She is so polite and explains how the service was and what you may need for repair. We will only deal with Paula when we are in for service. We purchaced a new Serria truck specifically to pull our 25 foot trailer After a 2 month trip to Alaska with 1 day before returning home we came down Mt Currie into Pemperton.
