Okay, an update on my review. I contacted another Chrysler dealership in the city who quoted me much cheaper rates for the part and the job. I then called back the Service Manager and told him I still had squeeking on that brake. I brought to his attention that the mechanic left a note on the piece of paper they give you 2 interesting insights. 1) the part was never ordered, that's why my car couldn't be done and 2) the rear brake was metal on metal. They didn't tell me that at the t ime I was discussing the job. So many things that went wrong makes me wonder am I the first client they ever dealt with? Anyway to shorten this long story, I called Allan Murphy and told him about the squeeking. He said it will def need new rotor and pads then. I gave him my price quote from the other dealer and he matched it. So, they ended up doing both back wheels new rotors and pads for $602.00 taxes included. That's only $301 a wheel, not the $550 to $600 Nicole originally quoted me. So, now I am pleased with the work and the dealers approach to fixing my problem. They didn't however offer any kind of discount for my time and patience. I consider this a satisfactorily resolved issue and I will continue to deal with this dealer again, thanks to Allan Murphy and only him.
