Good Car, SO far!!!! Luke, our salesman, was very good. he listened and tried his best to fill our auto needs. The financial side was overwhelming with too much be added on too quickly without being able to think it through. The main dislike is all the xxxxxxxx you use in the advertising only $18,000, etc. etc. Really, it verges on mis-leading advertising as just try to find the $18,000 one .....it doesn't exist. I worked in the advertising for 37 years and I have never, ever seen such ads, misleading and verging on false advertising So, summary, Luke is outstanding, the car is OK, your post purchase add on on the money side are mind boggling. Perfect Customer Experience Several years ago my husband and I went in search of a Sebring convertible and met our salesman Bryan Noseworthy, he is such a genuine, down to earth Several years ago my husband and I went in search of a Sebring convertible and met our salesman Bryan Noseworthy, he is such a genuine, down to earth person and a joy to deal with, when you deal with him, it's like you've made a friend for life!!! So naturally when we were in the market for a new Dodge product, there was absolutely no hesitation to call in and although it was spur of the moment, Bryan actually made it a point to accommodate us on his day off...we left completely satisfied customers with our new minivan...we wouldn't even think of going elsewhere when we need something the next time...the staff at this location are friendly and courteous...very knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile...this was our first encounter with Charmaine Moores to deal with all the final paperwork and it was a seamless process...I hope she's there to work with the next time we come in...she is a warm, charming asset to your company and a really detail oriented, professional...my husband and I don't have enough positive things to say about this dealership and its employees...we wouldn't imagine going anywhere else in the future!!! When servicing my caravan the continued to replace parts and supplied a 6 month warranty. If I bought the same part at NAPA myself they have a lifetime warranty. I asked them why is this. The rude girl who answers the phone Dawn or something shrugged and said nothing. They are thieves at this dealership. Even the one in the valley is cheaper and the people are much nicer. More
