Terrible service . 2 hour scheduled maintenance took 3 1/2. I was not once informed that there was going to be a delay, just left sitting there. Not only am I getting better mileage and value for my buck than comparable GM products, I'm getting great service too! The folks behind the counter and in the shop at the service department are "second to none"! Rarely am I ever kept waiting longer than expected for my vehicle to be finished a service visit. Oil-changes are definitely quick, and I'm always driving away confident and with peace-of-mind that all will run fine through to the next service visit. Keep up the great work, guys! More
