STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ! ! There tech crashed my brand new truck driving it around for 21kms which i have proof of, he was supposedly using to go to mcdonalds according to ot ! There tech crashed my brand new truck driving it around for 21kms which i have proof of, he was supposedly using to go to mcdonalds according to other techs, even says on the police report outside a mcdonalds. And he didnt even deny it ( i have it recorded). His name is Dean don't let him near your vehicle. Caused over 6k worth of damage on my work truck which I couldn't use for a month after. Lost out on lots of money cause of this place. Service manager and owner and the salesman are completely useless and did not care about the situation at all. They got there sale so why would they care about a customer. I tried to talk to the tech about it and he swore at me and told me off. Told the service manager and he didn't believe me and just ignored it. So now my brand new 109k truck has an accident on it cause of there incompetence. This placed cause me so much stress, pain and suffering that I had to see a doctor about it. So now me the customer is stuck with a piece of scrap metal that I had to bring back around 10 more times after the accident and it still has issues which I think is cause of the accident. Service manager is the rudest most inconsiderate person I ever met in my life. Does not care at all about doing the right thing for a customer. Before ya step foot in this place just know the customer is never right and they do not care once the sale is made. I can stress enough how much I regret walking into this place. Worst business I've ever dealt with in my life. More

It was awesome very friendly helpful charged me what they quoted. I have had numerous issues with this dealership regarding the quality of their products and work. I have brought my vehicle in 3 times due to faulty sensors on the brand new winter tires that I had purchased the quality of their products and work. I have brought my vehicle in 3 times due to faulty sensors on the brand new winter tires that I had purchased from them. Each time, it occurred on different tires. The issue still has not been resolved on one of the tires but I got tired of wasting my time. Another time I brought my vehicle in due to squeaky brakes, I had my brakes serviced but after 6 months, my brakes were squeaking again. I started losing trust in their workmanship, however, the sales representative persuaded me to give them one more chance The rotor on my brakes were inspected and I was advised to sand them down due to rust when originally I was planning to replace them. I trusted their recommendations and proceeded with their suggestions. I was still having issues with my brakes after the service and had to bring my vehicle in again to have the rotor replaced. 5 months later, I had a flat tire and was unable to remove my tire due to the lug nuts being overtorqued and stripped. AMA was unable to remove them and I had my vehicle towed to the dealership to have this issue addressed. I have to give credit to the service representative though as he was honest and kept me updated with the issues. More
