Great West/Great Experience!! I had been dealing with another Dodge dealership in Spruce Grove as recently as 2015 and I discovered that they lied to my husband and me about severa I had been dealing with another Dodge dealership in Spruce Grove as recently as 2015 and I discovered that they lied to my husband and me about several different things in order to make a sale. As well they applied very high pressure to their sales tactics which made me very uncomfortable!! Great West staff (Eden Donahue in particular) answered my questions honestly and straight forwardly. She is very knowledgable about their vehicles and was able to make us feel comfortable so that we could ask questions and I just knew that she was there to help me get the vehicle I wanted and not just to make a sale. As well, she asked us if there were things we wanted and didn't want (I don't like silver and my husband, white) and customized the truck for us in that she added in the backup camera and running boards we wanted. Not only that, but she arranged for Great West to cover those costs for us. Then there is Sal Pisani, our finance expert who was as helpful and kind to us as Eden. They are a Great Asset to a Great Dealership and made it a Great Experience! Sal told us that the owner is a strong family man and a very generous man who has donated a Great Deal of Funds to charities! I love that!! I will recommend Great West to anyone I know who is looking for a Great Vehicle!! I would also recommend a Great Raise for Eden and Sal. :) More

Trade in experience was great as well, price given was within the black book values, well before any haggling on the new vehicle commenced. Only reason it wasn't a 5 star was due to the warranty, packages were not similar to those offered by other places and I wasn't able to obtain the 'fine print' for it. More
