Way Beyond My Expectations Right from my initial call to let them know of my predicament, they sent a shuttle to get me! I NEEDED a vehicle ASAP and spent my Birthday with Bill Right from my initial call to let them know of my predicament, they sent a shuttle to get me! I NEEDED a vehicle ASAP and spent my Birthday with Bill Nash and Tim, whom didn't treat me like a customer but like a family member and made my purchase so easy. Bill could clearly see i was very nervous and decided to let me ramble on and on and tell him my story . We started sharing life experiences and a common love for music.Before i knew it , Bill gave me the keys to my brand new Subaru Crosstreck. I have been a loyal Chev/GM buyer, but I am converted!! Bill is not just as his card says" the old guy in the hat" he's " the most genuine man i have ever met" .
