We walked right in, Mike J listened to our needs, narrowed car selections down swiftly and we made a purchase that day. It was pain free and actually fun to test drive cars without the nagging of dealers trying to convince you on a car you would somewhat settle for and second guess later on. The dealership has such a big selection you could find the ideal car with a walk in so give it a try. We drove from Stoney Creek to Milton and would even suggest anyone who lives near us to make the drive up because it's great. More

So easy A friend of mine found the truck I was looking for at Gorruds. After abother deal fell through at another dealer I was very interested in seeing the truck Gorruds had for sale I called on a Friday night to see the truck asap for sat morning 9am. They said not a problem. I showed up sat morning met Mike Jurj one of there salesmen. A very down to earth simple man. We made the deal in 10 min and it was a very smooth deal no pushing or telling stories like you usually hear from other dealerships. I went back to pick up the truck and again all the staff I delt with were great laid back no pushing on any extras. After the transaction I was given the fob for the truck and went outside. It was so clean in and out, they did an amazing job prepping the car with the detail job. I came all the way from Innisfil to Gurrods and I would do it again. We were pleasantly surprised by the swift and courteous attention we received by the staff and in particularly by Mike Jurj, one of their sales staff. Our vehicle was involved in a collision in Hamilton Ont. and deemed a write off, and as such we were in need of a replacement. My wife's research lead us to an affordable vehicle at Gorruds Auto and after a test drive we agreed this was the car for us. All the documentation; vehicle history, maintenance preformed on site, safety, e test, change of plate registration,was taken care of and we were also able to arrange financing at reasonable rates. Gorrud's Exceeded my expectation I came to know about this dealership when I was searching a used car on autotrader. Since they were located close to where I am, I decided to swing by I came to know about this dealership when I was searching a used car on autotrader. Since they were located close to where I am, I decided to swing by and have a look. I was really impressed with their inventory, specially the certified cars. The condition of the vehicles and the display was perfect, those guys are doing great job getting their vehicles ready for display, they are professionals. Unlike many other used car dealers (including A dealers) who are preparing the vehicle or cleaning them after you make a deposit. By the way I spent many years in automotive business, and their used cars trading standard is definitely above the Canadian average standard. I left the dealership after the 1st visit, and I got plans changed at that time. Recently I decided to finalize this and to get a new vehicle, I just went straight to them and searched their inventory for what I need and I found a perfect match and I am so happy with the vehicle I got and the process I went through since the first visit until the delivery of the vehicle. One more thing to add, the delivery process was better than a delivery I had before for a brand new vehicle that was more than double the price of the vehicle I bought from them. I do really admire proffessionals. More

Great experience at Gorrud's in Milton Needed a car durning the holiday season. Look online on the Christmas Eve at 5pm and asked a question.
