Even when you try to explain it to them they will say that there is nothing wrong with our staff but its you. They will in turn accuse you for something which you did not do. Very shameful! Horrible experience at this specific location. Very rude and unprofessional. I would not suggest going to this location at all. Rather drive to another location if you have to instead of going through the grief that they give to you at this Gold Key VW Langley location. More
